Feeling abit nervous about tomorrow's wi, ive stayed away from the scales this wk cos im on them 3 times a day and it really doesn't help x
Breakfast- hot choc 40 cals
Lunch-Pasta, diet coke 300 cals
Dinner- Chicken breast, veg and potatoe-500 cals.
Snacks- apple 70 cals, alpen bar 140 cals, kit kat 107 cals
