Well ive had a bad wk really, last night I ended up having chocolate cake and dominos pizza as oh passed his accountancy exam although his still got another 4 to go!! so weighed in yesterday and ive sts checked again and ive still sts.
So this wk im going aim, to have 34 pps fri, sat and sunday (only if I need them) and then monday bk on 29 till wi!!! really need to have a good loss next wk, dont want to start bad habits and there's only 9 wi's till xmas x
