I know how u feel, I got couple bits last night at asda so I think I'm going to be ok with my points today but I don't think I'll wi tomorrow.
I've bought a pouch of aero mint bubbles for another birthday treat lol x
 
It wont hurt just to skip wi if thats wot you want, its hard the last few days leading up to pay day plus ur birthday!!

Ive got a sore throat so hoping it stops me from eating!! I need to go shopping grab a few bits they want bolonaise tonight might do myself a small portion if I can eat it, but no garlic bread :(.

I feel really fat today like put on!! so feeling down now :(.

Can't afford it, needed to use my birthday money for baby milk. I don't mind really I needed milk. Weighed this morning and sts so I might have something off by tomorrow x
 
It is all so expensive but her stuff comes first so I don't mind. I've been bad all week but got a stay the same, and I've got other elements effecting my weight this week so you might do fine. Fingers crossed for you, hope your having a good day x
 
The thing about the milk really annoys me is their not allowed to have offers on baby milk as they want everyone to bf so its really unfair on those who can't bf, I usually stock up on nappies when their on offer so dont need to but everything at once.

Yeah got other elements so I know why I felt so bloated! well done for sts thats really good as you've not been on plan properly this wk! I hasd a sneaky peak at the scales this morning and it looks ok for tomorrow!
 
Sorry to butt in the Convo £10 quid for milk that is shocking I don't have kids so I had no idea it cost that much how long does that last for ?
 
A week give or take a day or two, the milk I get is £8 but you buy it and their not even full tubs :(
 
Well ive had a bad wk really, last night I ended up having chocolate cake and dominos pizza as oh passed his accountancy exam although his still got another 4 to go!! so weighed in yesterday and ive sts checked again and ive still sts.

So this wk im going aim, to have 34 pps fri, sat and sunday (only if I need them) and then monday bk on 29 till wi!!! really need to have a good loss next wk, dont want to start bad habits and there's only 9 wi's till xmas x
