I have been thinking about dojng ww but dont really want to have to pay out to a club again do you think it is worth dojng how do you like the plan
 
I do it from home I just use google calulator to work out pro points, you can get apps for ur phone or pack of ebay looking at ur stats ur probably be on 26 pro points daily and you get extra 49 points throughout the wk I usually use those on wkend or if im going out but you can spread them out throughout the wk.

WW is abit easier to stick to than sw but you can still eat the same kind of meals, as their be low in points and ur probably have enough points left over for treats etc or if you fancy a meal thats not sw friendly you can have it within points, plus you can have ready meals to make it easier.

I think both diets are great, its just wot ever suits you and your able to stick to.

I am on MFP but been dojng this soo long now fancied something new I have done slimming world a few times but get bored, I have never really gone ww so might give it a go do you buy all the branded food? Did you say there was a calculator that works out the points? Sorry asking loads of questions
 
You don't have to use the branded food but you can have it if you want, I buy the bread as its only point per slice, tesco and morrsions low fat food ranges have pp's on the packing and their usually cheaper than ww's and often more filling too.

What kind of foods do you like? you can have any food just need to point them if you like ready meals you can have them I usually have chicken, jacket potatos, pasta, pizza baguettes, steaks etc yeah I usually use this calulator Weight Watchers Points Calculator but you can get an app on ur phone to work out points I havent got one yet just google for them and loads probably come up. As you go along your remember how many points are in wot food x

Lol I eat mainly fresh Cooked food in the bin g like chicken and jacket potato and veg etc but ready made meals for Lunch and super quick stuff for breakfast I will have a look at the calculator thing in my last few days diarys see how far out I would have been points wise
 
Well today is a new day im going start fresh ended up having an extra 15 points yesterday on chocolate and cake, so feel horrible for it!

So going drink loads of water oh wants me to make a curry but its going work out around 14 points if I have a naan bread, so don't know wether to make myself something different.

Going to go icelands and get some ww meals as there 3 for 3 quid in there, so I have them during the wk or even for lunches.

There's only 9 wi's till xmas, so if I work hard I cud get another a stone of before then wud love to be in the 11's x

Trying to get back on it, I'm just fed up.....its been a long 17 weeks and I just feel like I'm not seeing any results other than on the scales, but I was only off plan 2 days with a 6lb gain. I'm just very discouraged. I was so close just 1lb away from getting into the next st. Now I'm miles away. How's u this weekend? I know u struggle on weekends too. How's Maisie now is she back to her usual self? xx
 
Strawberry you've done great you should be celebrating!! but im sure ur have another great loss next wk.
I have to admit I thought I wud be alot further near to my goal than I am and it disappointing but we alll get there together eventually!!

Ive gone off track again today starting off well but tonight ive been picking, going get back to normal tomorrow, going get up early have a shower get the kids ready (all 3 of them) and walk Emily to school which is about hr walk there and back and the same again in the afternoon, ive been lazy not walking the last few wks, when I walk loads I have better losses! going keep food light during the day and save my snacks for evening when I struggle the most but got loads do at home need to get rid of stuff and have bigclear out so hopfully in between doing that and looking after lo's I wont have time to think about food! xx
 
Ive had a fab day, stayed on plan yeah I think a stone is doable but even 10lbs wud be a great loss by then.

I think next mth Id be back calorie counting and giving myself a wkly allowance of 8000 calories 5 days of 1000 cals 1 day 1700 and 1 day 1300 but if im losing well with weight watchers I stick with that!

And ive still got my chocolate biscuits to eat! yum yum
 
Oooo choc biscuits sound good I am
Goin to have an options hit chic when I get out the bath, 10lb lighter will be a great way to start the new year
 
Just got out a nice hot bath and sat with my cuppa and some smarties wating for Vampire Diaries :) xx
