Oh Chels that's rotten. I wonder if the bug is responsible for slow loss... body hanging on to reserves to help fight the infection? Bet it's something like that. Hope the doc can help.
Shoes sound cool, what exactly do they 'lift and separate' though? Toes? Ankles? Take it easy if you are walking this lunchtime, a rest might be smarter if you feel really rough.

Update on the gross....When I was ill last time on CD, my weight loss was almost non existent so this could be why.... hang in there and it will drop twice as much once you are well again. Hope you feel better soon xx
Saw my new GP for the first time this afternoon, a really nice lady and she looked up my nose with an instrument and gasped. She said she didnt know how I had coped so long, that it was blocked solid on both sides and seriously infected. I'm now on antibiotics plus a disinfectant/antibiotic cream. I did apologise for her having to look up my skanky nose by way of an introduction but that it could have been worse..explaining that a previous GP had met me for the first time and had to sort out a strangulated haemorroid (sp?)!!! She laughed
My guess is that when I got the bronchitis at the beginning of the year, the cold that followed infected my sinuses (as per usual) and I decided to let my body fight it rather than resort to antibiotics. My body must have had other ideas. So this infection has been about 5 weeks in the making. Hopefully I will be feeling much better in the next 48 hours, glands will stop hurting as well and won't be posting any more yukky stuff.
The shoes didn't arrived, so no walkies for me today.
@ Katy.....I don't care what they lift and separate..just as long as they lift and separate something!!! lol xxx
PS......food for thought about infection hampering weight loss. I may get a whoosh.. yay!!
