Cokes- back to it

Morning Rachel, good time then love :)

Morning Jim :)

Yep things are good. It's even sunny here today. Hope everyone has a bit of sun. Sunshine calls for a lovely walk, maybe down to the lake a bit later ;)

You must have the good weather then love, from here on down it's crap

its lovely here too!

Oh dear, maybe not such a good day, it's starting to cloud over. I need to get washing dry!

Grrr just got post, stupid bank is changing the way you access internet banking. New passwords and a stupid little device thingy. As if it wasn't hard enough already to remember all of the crap you have to remember they go and change it. If you don't go along with it you won't be able to access internet banking anymore. What a load of BS. One more reason to change my bank

aww i love my little card reader its fab xx

I have to say, I'm quite happy with my bank, as one of the slighter better ones and considering that they are all ba*****ds, and I have a little card reader too :)

As long as it helps security, I'm all for it :)

But if I could have a reader thing and not have to change my passwords/ numbers that wouldn't be so bad. It's not the only account I have so it's making my life harder with all the numbers etc to remember. I can see me end up not using the internet banking, which would be very inconveinient. I would have appreciated a choice in the matter too. I never like being forced into anything. Born to rebel :)

Yawn, stretch, then yawn again. Tossed and turned all night. Gonna take doggies for a stroll then hopefully have a little snooze at somepoint today as I haven't got loads to do today.

MiL has fallen off the wagon due to the stresses of the past week with Nanna. She has eaten loads of naughty food and put on 2lbs. She is going back on the wagon. I think she did pretty good really, as she eats when she's stressed, so limiting it to the stressful time and then climbing back on the wagon is an achievement.

I seriously don't want to move, think my body may be getting starved of oxygen or something through the night as my breathing is getting bad, John says I sound like a telephone that's off the hook when I breathe. Been taking inhalers. Hopefully won't need steriods to sort it out as they always keep me awake even more, so solve the problem of John having to listen to me I suppose! I'll see how it goes, I think it's all allergy related as my hayfever is worse than ever now, I'm taking 2 of the once a day antihistamins (Dr said it was fine ages ago).
So I best get these doggies out and then plan brekkie x

Oh Hon - sounds awful - you sound terribly run down. Can you go back to docs love?

Enjoy your walk while the sun i shining xxx

Managed to get an appointment booked for 6.05pm tonight. They must have had a cancellation. Only thing is I probably won't get seen until at least 7pm as she always runs late  Nevermind.

I had a very long walk with the doggies as it was nice, clouded over now so I'm a bit fearful of rain as I have washing on the line. The walk really woke me up, no way I could snooze now. That's a good thing I suppose as you don't want to sleep through the day and not at night.

My Tracy Anderson Dance Cardio DVD has arrived. I watched a bit as I ate my lunch. I am so uncoordinated so I think it will take me a very long time to get used to the dances. Has anyone got this/ tried this? Is it any good? I have read it has mixed reviews on amazon but better reccommended when you follow Tracy from the back, so I suppose dancing the same way she is dancing. This is the first really dancy thing I have got. I have Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, which is good, but I need a concreate sports bra I think. All of those star jumps are too much with my massive boobs jiggling all over the place. Hopefully as I lose weight some will come off them. I've always had big boobs even when a size 12 and still haven't learned to live with them. A reduction is on my plastic surgery wish list for later in life, along with alot of lipo (probably), a nose job (only a little shaved off it ain't too bad), fat sucked out from my cheeks to make cheek bones stand out more, probably a face lift by then, and if working out more doesn't help I wouldn't mind bum implants (my bum is wide but flat- I have on top what should have been shared out between the two halves). I will of couse be rich enough to afford all of that at that time in my life. In a perfect world. Well in a perfect world I suppose I would be happy enough with what I've got but everyone wants what they haven't got don't they.

Just done a little Tracy Anderson, just very slowly going through the routines. Bruno was very pleased with my squat thingys and sat between my legs- most conveinient for jumping to the next move! Turned it off when she started going full pace. Will try over a few days to get the hang of the routines at a slow pace and build up I think.

Then I did some Wii Fit. I do mainly yoga, stepping and a few muscle workouts normally. Miraculously the Wii agrees that I am 29! Hurrah!

The sun has returned so best take the doggies on a little jaunt before John gets in, then they can wait til about 8pmish, otherwise they (mainly Bonnie) start whining a little bit and trying their best to get in the way of anything I'm doing. Subtle as a sledgehammer :)

hey honey - hope dr gets you sorted x
Never done that DVD but do love Jillian.
Im starting Zumba next week!

Ooo zumba! Let me know how you find it. My friend Katy loves it, but I don't think there is a class near me.

I love Jillian too. She really makes you work hard. The Wii game of hers that Ive got is really intense too. I'm knackered after 10 mins of it!

I was thinking of looking in at the yoga class at the community centre along my road. Probably good for toning and strength but I'm not sure if yoga burns that many calories. I'll check MFP later.

I got caught in a massive downpour :raincloud: so I'm now soaked. Dogs loved it. I still walked all of the fields as I figured I was already wet so no point in turning back!

Funny thing is my breathing is so much better through the day. But I am using brown inhaler 3 times a day, 2 antihistamines and 2 sqirts of nasal spray. I don't think it's dust mites or anything as my bedding is clean, mattress hoovered, even pillows through the washer (reading on the internet made me clean everything just in case). It was however worse through the day when John cut our grass. I'm keeping the bedroom window shut just in case to keep any pollen out.

What to make for dinner? Any ideas? I have in- chicken breast, chicken portions, sausages, bacon, tuna steak, salmon fillets. All I can remember. I don't fancy a curry. I'll probs end up with chicken and bacon. Going to scan the recipes thread x

raaa ive just typed a long response and bloody thing clicked to the advert....
I used to get stronger antihistamines from the docs years ago - dont know if they do them now though.
Last night i had salmon fillets with chilli oil and herbs wrapped in foil and cooked on the bbq. Or you can put in the oven. Its lovely and moist.

Ill pm you re zumba xxx

Thanks for the Link Vicky! x

I'm thinking I may make some cheeseburger pie since everyone says how good it is as I remembered I have mince too! Will grab some eggs when I go to the docs. My MiL said I could get some from Nanna's , as she won't be using them, and got them last night but when i cracked into them they were like half already cooked! Awful! So goes to show I shouldn't be a cheap skate and should have just went to asda in the first place! Looking forward to my pie!

I may have the salmon for lunch tomorrow. I like it better than John and I can just imagine his face twisting. He's ok with it when I make tuna & salmon kebabs. I used to make them when I did slimming world (i think maybe WW) a few years back. I love most types of fish. Looking forward to my next few meals now!!!!
