I'm off work today :bliss:
So this morning I've got a few chores done home, grocery shopping & I made a vegetable soup for lunch.
I've also been to the gym and done a body combat class for 45 minutes & it was good. I felt my back though when we got on the floor for abdominals but its not too bad so fingers crossed it's ok.
Tonight I'm out with the girls for tea at 7pm. Looking forward to the catch up and I'll try and make a healthy SW choice. I'm telling myself "No primavera pizza" skinny or otherwise. (although it was quite delicious!!) well that's the plan, who knows what'll happen once I'm out! Fingers crossed I'll be good.
Food today is EE:-
B = melon & satsumas
L = vegetable soup & cucumber & tuna sandwich (0.5)
S = fruit salad
D ? I'm saving my hex's for tonight's meal

I'm home now tired too. Had a lovely catch up. I had two courses:-
Starters = tomato & light mozzarella salad with 1/2 tsp green pesto (1) didn't like it so I only ate half of it ! (Hex a) View attachment 130584View attachment 130585
Main = superfood salad, with chicken ate 2 cubes avocado (2) & 1tsp balsamic glaze (1) it also had some light mozzarella ate a little so (4).
Total meal out = 8 & hex a used.
Had prunes b4 going out (hex b) & scan bran muffin when I got in (2)
Total syns for the day = 10.5. Pretty good. The others had garlic bread & bruschetta then pizza but I think I did alright.
Hope everyone had a nice evening I'll have a good catch up on diaries tomorrow xx
