Cookie's diary to be joyously slim

Hello I'm just back in from work on 12-9 this week. Had a dullish day but not kept on late so that's good. I'm weighing in tomorrow and already feeling anxious & a but nervous about attending a different meeting. I could do with some good news but I'm not feeling too confident. Oh well, we'll know the result soon enough my scales show +1.5.... Dam those scales

Anyway food today:-
Breakfast = 1/2 gala melon.
Lunch = ham salad sandwich (hex b &1/2 syn for lighter than light mayo) banana, yogurt
Snack = crudités of celery & cucumber sticks & 2 cheese triangle lights (1/2 hex a)
Dinner = salmon & egg salad with couscous (1), fruit salad, yogurt, hi fi light bar (3)
Scooby snack = mini choc fingers (6).
Total syns = 10.5
 
I was naughty on Monday. Didn't WI put in a holiday so have 3 weeks off SW will try and be good but not spoil ing my hols

I don't blame you Geordie I think I should've done that too instead of stressing these last two days. I think you'll be fine on holiday in hindsight I wish I'd let myself go the first 3-4 days ate & drank whatever I wanted then cut back afterwards because I think it would've been easier to accept the 4.5lb gain. Whatever you decide just have a superb time because you deserve it. I'll miss u xx
 
You need to eat what keeps you fulfilled hun and if its all on plan then why cut back. Some of my portions are massive but all within syns and on plan. Thats the beauty of EE you do because you can :)

See how you do this week and then if you think you should cut down then you can, but in my opinion your not overdoing it x
 
I will at work they say I've always got loads of food which made me think about it but its all good food. Yes your right though I'll see how it goes tomorrow. Thank you xx
 
I sometimes graze all day at work hun my desk has storage canisters all over lol, dont worry about what others say/think. If your on plan and losing, whatever your doing is working,
 
Hello. I went to a new meeting this morning before work and I'm pleased to say I lost 1lb yay for me! My work trouser is looking a little bit big I'm having to roll them up at the ankle to stop me treading on them.
6lbs to go to my interim target of 9.12. Xxx:scale:
 
Thanks Texty I'm staying with Thursdays too I text my C to let her know & she's ok with it. This new C is so up for it I like her already.

I'm having a good day, I lost weight & I'm a happy Cookie. Today's food:- pretty much the same as yesterday

breakfast = 1/2 gala melon & 2 satsumas.
Lunch = ham salad sandwich (1/2 syn mayo & hex b), fruit salad, yogurt.
snack = crudités (celery, cucumber, radish) cheese light triangle.
dinner = turkey burger, 2 cheese triangles & salad with couscous (2), 1/3 scan bran cake (2), fruit & yogurt
Treat = twirl finger (6).
Total syns = 10.5

No that's not right or fair we slimmers need lots of it. It's a long arduous journey after all. Just as well we have minis xx

Hey, hey. Off away on Monday cookie. Had a busy week. Was very bad for a couple of days, even had a pizza on Wednesday. Haven't had one for 3 month s. Gonna try and enjoy my hols and try and not stress about food but make the right choices, I will be back with a vengeance at the beginning of September to loose at least another stone. It's been great being able to fit into clothes I didn't used to and feel so much better!!
