Hello, I've been a busy bee, I finished work late on Friday so bath & bed. Then went to see the folks yesterday & attend a 50th wedding anniversary do so its been a nice weekend. I'm behind on my diary so apologises for back dated food diary:-

Friday :-
Breakfast = 1/2 cantaloupe melon & satsuma. Lunch = small jacket potato with leerdamer light (hex a), baked beans & mushrooms, fruit & yogurt. Snack = crudités. Dinner = salmon kebabs (2) salad with stuff (3), hi fi light (1/2 hex b) 6 Doritos (3). Total syns = 8

Saturday =
Breakfast = banana, strawberries, blueberries & yogurt. Lunch = chicken & bacon salad (2) with small baked potato, grapes. Dinner = Saturday soup (6), yogurt & grapes, hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b). Party food = chicken, boiled rice & salad & sauce (2) 8 crisps (3) cupcake (12) as removed most frosting & it was small, I drove so diet coke for me. Total syns = 25 give or take
 
Today I did very little after the shopping & cleaning but was given some left overs from the party so I tried to be better today.

Breakfast = 1/2 cantaloupe melon. Lunch = 2wholemeal bread (hex b), slice leerdamer cheese light (1/2 hex a), baked beans, fried egg & mushrooms. Pineapple
Dinner = chicken in sauce with boiled rice, carrots broccoli & cauliflower, fruit salad, yogurt & maltesers (18). I had more than I planned hence the height syns but hope to reduce down tomorrow.
 
Hello. Hope everyone is well. I'm home alone tonight as the football season has started the BF has gone to watch his other love Man City play Newcastle. So what to do, what to do? Well not too much as back in work at 7am so its a night I front of the box for me and a meal for one.
Food today:-
Breakfast = 1/2 gala melon & small banana
Snack = cheese triangle lights x2 (1/2 hex a), fruit
Lunch = salmon kebabs (2), egg, couscous, pasta (2) salad, yogurt, & hi fi light SW bar. (1/2 hex b)
Dinner = chicken, rice & vegetables in sauce (2), caramel skinny latte (1/2 hex a & 2 syns). Fruit, yogurt & scan bran cake (1/3 hex b)

I've not made the cake yet but think i may do yet, if not it'll be another SW hi fi bar instead.
Total syns = 8
 
Evening hun sounds like you had a fab weekend. Im sure last nights Body Magic will help combat the syns overdose lol
 
Evening Texty, no body magic in the end, Its been postponed til Tuesday as he got a phone call and i began falling asleep but I've done my Hannah waterman DVD its an old one but very good. Not managed two sections though as I had to get ready for work.

I just made scan bran cake and tempted to have a bit more it or a pack of hoops & crosses? Mmm decisions decisions.
 
Hahaha postponed till Tuesday.... This made me giggle!!! We don't plan it... Depends on what I've eaten that day and how much windy poops I have pmsl :-D
 
Awww bless ya lol. What kind of cake you made?

I made one using a peach & passion fruit muller & added some ground ginger but couldn't taste, I also added half portion coconut options but couldn't taste that either, but it still tasted nice so I'm looking forward to having it again tomorrow for my pudding. I love it now. Are you baking? Xx

I know but it means we make time for each other. It is funny but when we don't he always farts at the start and puts me off then we just laugh but I can't do it because of the smell so he has to behave tomorrow now xx
 
Hello well I've been very bad with food today. I'm actually shocked I didn't realise how much I ate and its just two days before weigh in too. Not good I have exceeded my syns for the week. Well not much I can do about that what has passed my lips now but I'm disappointed in myself.

Breakfast = fruit, yogurt & weetabix breakfast biscuit (2.5)
Lunch = ham, egg & pasta salad (2), 8 chippy chips (2), fruit & yogurt.
dinner = 2x w/m toast (hex b) leerdamer light (hex a), egg, beans, mushrooms, 1/4 chilli beef pizza (18.5),
afters = 1/3 scan bran cake (2), blueberries & yogurt. Snack size bag maltesers (6.5)
total syns = 33.5. Total for week so far 108.5 syns. Gutted now :sigh: xx
 
Oi oi chick - its 3.5 syns over the weeks allowance you can still have a good WI. Eat lots of SF and SS foods - if you cant manage the next couple of days without syns try keeping them to a minimum ie within your cooking rather than eating scanbran cake etc.

Really you don't think it's that bad? I'm annoyed that I went and had two slices of pizza & horrified at the syns. I need t check syns first when I get tempted again. I feel like a fat pig tonight. I've a few super free foods in the BF is making me a salad for tomorrow so I've asked not to put in any pasta or couscous in it. Then we can have fish or chicken & veg tomorrow night & I reckon I don't need any more than 3 syns tomorrow.

I'll give it a good go I feel I've ruined a good week but really but still its a worth a shot. Hopefully the poo fairy will help sort me out by visiting in the morning

Its only bad if you want to put the guilt and pressure on yourself. Were all human hun and its not like you do it every day/week. Its still possible to have a loss.

Me too and I've got a romantic night booked in with the BF. I'm not beating myself up anymore going for a bath and then I'll hold my tummy in if I can or maybe postpone to tomorrow? Xxx
 
Hello, I've had a better eating day today stomach feels better and my guilt well I kicked its ass.
Food today :-
breakfast = fruit & yogurt.
lunch = salmon (1), ham & egg salad with couscous & fruit.
snack = crudités & cheese triangle lights (celery, carrot & cucumber)
dinner = chicken, egg & pasta salad (2), 1/3 scan bran cake, fruit & yogurt.
Total syns = 3
