Hello, I've been a busy bee, I finished work late on Friday so bath & bed. Then went to see the folks yesterday & attend a 50th wedding anniversary do so its been a nice weekend. I'm behind on my diary so apologises for back dated food diary:-
Friday :-
Breakfast = 1/2 cantaloupe melon & satsuma. Lunch = small jacket potato with leerdamer light (hex a), baked beans & mushrooms, fruit & yogurt. Snack = crudités. Dinner = salmon kebabs (2) salad with stuff (3), hi fi light (1/2 hex b) 6 Doritos (3). Total syns = 8
Saturday =
Breakfast = banana, strawberries, blueberries & yogurt. Lunch = chicken & bacon salad (2) with small baked potato, grapes. Dinner = Saturday soup (6), yogurt & grapes, hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b). Party food = chicken, boiled rice & salad & sauce (2) 8 crisps (3) cupcake (12) as removed most frosting & it was small, I drove so diet coke for me. Total syns = 25 give or take
