Cookie's diary to be joyously slim

Hello everyone :) At wi I STS pretty pleased. Feel like a new beginner after group too so I'm hoping for a nice loss next week. Going to plan out the weekend when I get in later & I've not done that for ages. Bought the 12wk countdown so want to be at target by then at the latest!!

Thanks for your comments on the wi result. I'm 10lbs from target that'll take me to 9st. My big sister thinks its a bit low but I'm only short at 5'0 & half an inch (mustn't forget the half an inch!) initially I was going for 9st 3 but I thought I might as well round it up to a nice shiny 9 and in all cases I know at my height I could go even lower to 8.7 but I think I'll be happy at 9st so I'm sticking with it.

Its a bit annoying to say I already got down to 9.7 just before going to London but it just means I've done it once, I'll get there again and enter new territory for me. Quite excited about it really :)

So I have 11 more wi's to lose 10lbs and ~ on paper that's very easy, I've just got to do it now and I think I will. Xx

Hello :)

Yesterday after I posted food I had a slice of ham and some crisps taking syns up to 18.5. Never mind.
Today was a good day I worked a day shift so home nice and early but I still have my late shift tomorrow night. Food wise I'm doing ok today. Its Red:-

B = 2x bananas

L = ham & egg salad with mayo (0.5), vinegar.

S = fruit salad & yogurt, banana, maltesers (5)

D = turkey burger in w/m roll (hex b), salad, mayo (0.5), ketchup (1), butternut squash chips, 5x SW chips (3)

Thank. You I really enjoyed it, I'm full too. Brett helped me out by eating half of the 2nd burger, I wanted room for my pud. Got to try and not join in when Brett has his evening snack like last night xx

Could you save some of your syns so that you have something to eat whilst Brett is eating?? X
 
Good morning :)

I didn't get on here yesterday, had a busy day then worked 3-1am last night so I've missed updating my food. So far I feel that I'm on plan, was tempted when I got in last night to open some of Brett's kettle chips but he came downstairs and asked me what I'm doing so I nibbled some grapes and went up to bed. Phew!

Saturday was EE:-

B = fruit

L = bacon & veg omelette with salad, cheese (a) & beans, 1x w/m toast (3)

Enjoyed my food today, big portions though but nice.

Today is Father's Day but I won't be seeing my dad I'm staying here and going out with Brett & the kids for tea which will be nice, I just wish we could have done both today but the distance prevents that so I'll give my dad a ring when he gets home from church.
Food wise I know it'll be an EE day but I've no idea what I'll be eating, probably go off plan for the meal out so I'll avoid using any syns before the meal if I can.
