Food today is Green:-
Breakfast = boiled egg, w/m bread (1/2 hexb1), banana & fruit (raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, pineapple)
Lunch = tomato speed soup 2 bowls (was hungry 4 speed), 2 satsumas, yogurt & hi fi light SW bar (1/2 hexb1)
Dinner = veg & bean curry (celery, carrot, swede, courgette, mushroom, tomato, spinach, baked beans, mixed beans, butternut squash all speed) noodles
Afters = 1/3 scan bran cake (1/3 hexb2 & 1), yogurt, fruit (as breakfast all speed & grapes)
Snack = latte x2 (both hex a's & 3) & hi fi light SW bar.
Total syns = 4 but will be 6.5 as I'll be having a Oreo cookie
Total speed = 26. Not bad at all.
