Cookie's diary to be joyously slim

Hello home now from my 12-9 yay! Wi tomorrow hope its a loss too. I've been good but who knows what the scales will bring? Anyway fingers crossed.

Food today was Green:-
Breakfast = banana, strawberries & yogurt. (1speed)
Lunch = egg & cheese (hexa) salad with couscous (1) (8 speed)
Snack = apple, satsuma & yogurt (2 speed) cornflake cake bites (4.5)
Dinner = LM red onion sausages, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, butternut squash, sprouts, new potatoes & gravy (1) (5 speed)
Afters = 1/3 scan bran cake (1 & hexb), fruit salad (strawberries, melon, blackberries, raspberries, pineapple, grapes 5 speed), yogurt
Snack = hi fi SW light rocky road (1/2 hexb)

Total syns = 8
Total speed = 21

I am great and sticking to it! So I know I should stay to my meeting and find stuff out but speed food. I have worked out what is speed from the book and see how you count yours. How many do you reckon you should have in a day?
Work was ticking over nice this week and got a call last thing today and have a big job which will take me up to my hols......happy days. .......! :thumbdown:
 
Aww bless you re the big job! Hope its interesting. Re the speed foods we were asked to have a minimum of 15 each day, she didn't say about the quantities. I just read the books too to see what they are, some of your foods probably already are but its worth a try. Everyone who tried it in my group all lost weight last week. It was a bit of a ball ache at first but I got into it and thought I'd give it another go. Chicken & turkey are speed too which I thought was only veg at first, some fish is too. Xx
 
Hello everyone I'm home from work and I'm devastated. I gained 1lb and I can honestly say I don't know how come as I've been really good. I thought I was going to cry when I say the scales say 10.3 but I'm a big girl (mores the pity) if anyone can see anything that I've done please let me know.

My C has asked that I post my diary to her so she can have a look at it as I didn't have it with me so I'm going to do that. I very nearly went off the rails food wise at work too I had a piece of chocolate cake but I've brought it home for the BF and he's put it in his nutty box for work tomorrow. I think he'd have eaten it in front of me but he's being sensitive bless him. I did have a biscuit though so that's 2.5 syns to count I didn't plan. :(
 
Cookie it's probably just fluid, I've had that happen and the following week the loss shows - stick with it and don't be disheartened, I'm sure you'll get good results next week if you just carry on. X Well done re the cake x I know it's disappointing when all the hard work doesn't give you the result you are expecting that week.
 
Thanks Aqua, I'll keep at it and make sure I get a loss next week, my C did say that it could be water retention but from the body wrap I had on Tuesday which surprised me, i was told I was going to lose some inches but I've been thirsty ever since i had it. Anyway I'm OK now the BF's been lovely and I'm just going to keep to the plan. Xx
 
Awh wish I could give ya a hug. It's one of them things isn't it but it's only a pound as aqua says could be fluid, so don't loose hope. I still think and have said before our bodies cannot just keep loosing all the time. If we did it wouldn't stay off for long xxxx

Thanks Geordie I can feel your hug from here. I'm just going to keep at it. I want to be happy in my skin but not this much so I'll keep going. Xx

Lunch = cheese (1/2 hex a) & egg salad with couscous (1) (8 speed), butternut squash & mushrooms (2 speed), fruit salad (5 speed)
Dinner = lamb & vegetable homemade soup (mum's) (3 speed), dumpling (3.5). Oreo cookie (2.5)
Afters = 1/3 scan bran cake (2.5), fruit salad (5 speed) & vanilla 0% yogurt
Snack = rocky road hi fi light (1/2 hex b) & latte (1/2 hex a & 2)

Total syns = 11.5
Total speed = 19.
 
Morning Cookie, hope you are ok. I actually go to your 10.00am class but i promise I am not stalking you!! Don't know if you remember me but I got woman of the year and greatest loser so you might know who I am. I didn't see you weigh at the morning class so I presume you went to the evening or afternoon class. This could be the reason for the weight gain. You weigh more in the evening than the morning one consultant told me by up to 7 lbs, so I expect you have really lost and it will show next week. Have a good week and maybe see you next week depending on your shifts.
