Food today is EE
Breakfast = 1/3 scan bran cake (1/3 hexb & 1) yogurt, fruit (melon, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple = speed & grapes).
Lunch = 3 x w/m bread sandwiches of cheese & pickle (hex a), tuna & egg, chicken fillets no skin, pickled onions, small piece of sponge cake, 2 bites of apple pie
Snack = satsumas & melon (speed) & hi fi light SW bar (1/2 hexb)
Dinner = spicy veg & bean stew (carrot, swede, courgette, mushroom, celery, onion, tomato, spinach, butternut, cauliflower, broccoli, sprouts, garlic, baked beans all speed)
Afters = fruit salad & yogurt (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries = speed & grapes)
Total syns = 40 at a guess
Total speed = 27
So I had saved about 25 going into the weekend so should still be ok but I'll pull back on the syns for the last 3 days before weigh in on Thursday. I'm certainly hoping the PF will visit too as not seen her since yesterday morning so if anyone has her can you ask her to pop to mine if she's not too busy.
