Food today is EE

Breakfast = 1/3 scan bran cake (1/3 hexb & 1) yogurt, fruit (melon, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple = speed & grapes).
Lunch = 3 x w/m bread sandwiches of cheese & pickle (hex a), tuna & egg, chicken fillets no skin, pickled onions, small piece of sponge cake, 2 bites of apple pie
Snack = satsumas & melon (speed) & hi fi light SW bar (1/2 hexb)
Dinner = spicy veg & bean stew (carrot, swede, courgette, mushroom, celery, onion, tomato, spinach, butternut, cauliflower, broccoli, sprouts, garlic, baked beans all speed)
Afters = fruit salad & yogurt (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries = speed & grapes)

Total syns = 40 at a guess
Total speed = 27

So I had saved about 25 going into the weekend so should still be ok but I'll pull back on the syns for the last 3 days before weigh in on Thursday. I'm certainly hoping the PF will visit too as not seen her since yesterday morning so if anyone has her can you ask her to pop to mine if she's not too busy.
 
I'm afraid to say that I'm hogging her again... Had to send Kev out to the shop to stock up on loo roll lol.... She's just left here, so hopefully she's on her way to yours now.. It's not that far! Xxx
 
Thanks Geordie, there wasn't anything good to eat really, no salad or fruit in sight. i avoided the quiche, sausage rolls & pork pies wHow do you make the ginger one please which wasn't that difficult as I'm not a huge fan of pastry so ate fruit when I got in. I had to drive too so couldn't have a drink either. It was a nice day but I can't say I enjoyed eating my syns. Except for the bite of apple mmm. How's your weekend been? Xx
 
Hello I'm off work still! Yay love it, so today I've been to the gum this morning for a body combat class which was hard work but good fun. Then in Asda I found these yogurts on offer for a £1 for a 4 pack, I bought 4 packs as vanilla activia 0% is my favourite flavour.

When I got in I had a chat with my big sister as she's in Singapore for a couple of weeks, I'm wel jel!

I've just made some tomato soup and having this for my lunch mmm

Hi weekend was good thanks. Gonna start pulling back on the food and drink this week and make a real effort. The ginger cake is 5 softened scran bran 2 level tablespoons of black treacle, 2 tablespoons of golden syrup 3-4 tablespoons of sweetner and 2 tsp of ground ginger and 2 eggs. I cooked it for 7 minutes, really nice!! :)

Thanks Geordie how many syns for the whole cake?

Thanks Aqua, I'm back on plan. I've had a busy day off but its the pamper spa treat tomorrow at 11am. I can't wait, I can't remember what they're going to do to me but I know they're wrapping me up in something so I hope it helps me lose a couple of pounds on Thursday. Roll on tomorrow. Xxx

Lunch = tomato soup (4xspeed), 1/3 scan bran cake (1 & 1/3 hexb), fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, pineapple, blueberries 5 speed & grapes) yogurt.
Snack = 3 satsumas (3xspeed) & hi fi light SW bar (1/2 hexb)
Dinner = chicken donburi yakitori (1.5) (chicken, peppers, mushrooms, onions, courgettes), rice, sweet corn
Afters = 1/3 scan bran cake (2 & some hexb), fruit as above & yogurt.

Total syns = 4.5
Total speed = 22

Yes it'll be 10.5 total or 5.5 if u use it as your hexb. Either way its pretty excellent for a whole cake mmm. I must give it a try but I need to get the ingredients next big shop. How's your day been? Xx
