Cookie's diary to be joyously slim

Monday is also EE:-

B = 2 soft boiled eggs, melon & satsuma
L = tomato speed.soup, fruit salad & vanilla activia 0% yogurt
S = apple & hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b)
D = mums chicken (3), noodles (1.5) broccoli, carrots, sprouts.
A = scan bran cake (1/2 hex b & 1.5) fruit, yogurt & Oreo cookie (2.5)

Total syns = 8

Nice food today I really enjoyed it all. I'm out tomorrow night to Pizza Express which is going to be a challenge but can't over do it as also out Wednesday night too! Fingers crossed I'll stick to plan and order the legarro super salad (without avocado & pine kernels) should make it free then 2 syns for the dressing which I'll get on the side just in case I don't like it. I'm not planning on having a starter, dessert or wine as I'm in work at 7am all week so I'll let you know if I behave! Xxx
 
Awww glad your ok now Cookie. 2 good food days hun. I hope you enjoy your nights out and you WILL stick to plan cos your in the zone xx
 
Hello everyone sorry I didn't get on here at all yesterday. Super busy in work then had to rush to meet the girlies for Xmas tea at pizza express. It was fun & I was good too. They had bruschetta, then pizza & lasagne, wine & pud. I had 3 black teas, legaro super speed salad (8.5 syns) no avocado, pine nuts, oil, dressing on the side then added chicken, mushrooms & butternut squash thing that should make it free or 1-2 syns. It was delicious but to be honest I was starving when I got home. :)
 
Hello. I'm home and getting ready to go out in just 45 mins for another Xmas meal with the work girlies. This time though Vicky's doing party food and nibbles so I've just done my salad to take with me, mini quiches (0.5 the lot) in the oven & I've a pack of hoisin duck skewers (1 the whole box). So If I eat what I bring only the max I'll eat is 1.5 syns. Its going to be hard because they don't seem to be impressed that I don't want the party food and I'm hoping not to offend anyone but I just so want to be good at the moment.

The other thing is I can't go to wi tomorrow because of work & couldn't go tonight because I'm out and so I'm losing a week because I'm on a 12wk countdown. :( I'm still determined to stick to plan but feel I should try to wi at weekend otherwise its a wasted week but I've just so much going on! Anyway we'll see what happens.

Thank you just waiting for my lift the quiches look good. I've also packed two satsumas and a persimmon to eat for my afters with a hi fi light (1/2 hexb).

I'll let you know if I avoid the bad food or not. See you tonight or tomorrow if I'm home late xxx:)

Hello everyone. I was bad yesterday I tried to stay on plan but basically apart from making me a salad there was nothing else on plan. I got dropped off and left the bag with the quiches & fruit in the car so all I had was the duck skewers with me which everyone really enjoyed (except veggie Maria) so I ate the following:- 1/2 of Iceland veg pizza (17), mozzarella stick (2), dough ball (2), salad, duck 1/3 ptn cheesecake (6) Not good :( I did have a nice time though but felt bad. I wish I hadn't forgot those quiches after rushing home to make them too! Annoying doesn't cover it.

Tonight I only got home at 7.25pm after a 7am start and I feel like I'm sabotaging myself. Just had a Bakewell tart & chocolate Twirl finger i need to work out the syns & I need a slap or something :( :(

Awww Cookie - dont beat yourself up hun - its very rare you go off plan it was one night you can get right back on it tomorrow x
