Thanks everyone, I think I'm just tired and irritable today. I have however stopped eating now I'm having a cup of tea and Brett has very kindly not brought any Pringles or biscuits up to bed with him.

I'm back on track today. I'm giving myself 40 syns left for the remaining week before I wi on Thursday. That's 8 per day which for me is more than reasonable. I plan to also increase my super free to around 50% each meal, drink lots of water and get some body magic in too as I've not been able to do anything for the lat 3 days due to working long hours.

I do feel fat and heavy at the moment but i feel quite determined too so wish me luck. Xx :):):)
 
Oh good news, my dad is out of hospital tonight. Turns out he's got a lung infection, lots of antibiotics to take but he's home yay! Go dad! :):):):):) xxx
 
Right here is Wednesdays food:-

B = scan bran vanilla cake (1/2 hex b) 1/2 fruit salad & yogurt
L = jacket potato cheese (hex a), baked beans, salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red/yellow/green peppers, carrot, cabbage), mini quiche, rest of fruit salad.
S = banana, persimmon & yogurt,
D = Vicky's house:- 1/2 Iceland veg pizza (17), dough ball (2), mozzarella stick (2), salad x2 bowls, 3 duck skewers, cheesecake (8).

Total syns = 29 :(

Thursdays food:-

B = scan bran vanilla cake (2.5), 1/2 ptn fruit salad & yogurt.
L = salmon skewers (1), egg, mini quiche, salad as above, rest of fruit salad & yogurt.
S = satsumas & hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b)
D = paprika chicken (1), carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, noodle (0.5)
A = Bakewell tart (10.5) fruit & yogurt, buttons (8.5), hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b)

Total syns = 21.5 :(
 
Back on it today. Green day :-

B = fried egg, mushrooms, tomatoes, satsuma.
L = none, didn't get a break :(
S = banana, satsuma, hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b1)
D = baked sweet potato, cheese (hex a1), baked beans, salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, cabbage, cucumber, red/green/yellow peppers, beetroot, mini quiches
A = scan bran coconut cake (1/3 hex b2 &1), fruit salad, yogurt. Hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b1)

Total syns = 1 :) :)

It feels good to be back on track. :):) xxx
 
Good morning all. I'm feeling pretty good I've been up early, got fruit shopping done at Aldi, cleaned downstairs, got the Xmas tree down (still to go up) and I've had a little read of my SW book. I'm wondering whether to try that success express again for the rest of the week as my Star Week is due on Monday. I've not fully decided yet, either way I'm going to be on plan.

Good morning! Its dull outside but all cosy here. I had a very welcome but unexpected visit by the PF so feel lighter already. I've also two 100% back on SW plan yay! :)

Saturdays food was EE:-
I did think about SE but the syns is too complicated to work out

B = fried egg, mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, satsumas.
L = tomato speed soup, persimmon & fruit salad
S = cinema sugar free caramel latte (hex a) & 2 x hi fi light bars (hex b)
D = Chao Baby Thai buffet:- chicken satay, boiled egg, pork fillet strip, lettuce, cabbage, tomato, cucumber, sweet corn, onion, carrot, papaya salad, 4 raw peanuts, 1 chip,
A = at the restaurant :- melon, pineapple & small cooked banana & tbsp syrup. Not worked out syns yet but I reckon I'm about 8 for the whole day as no syns before the meal.

It was lovely so fresh and tasty I avoided the rice, noodles, deep fried dishes, pastry but did nick 1 chip of Brett's plate. Went to see the Hobbit 2 it was very good.
 
Thanks Jen, I don't mind having the extra super free but it takes a lot of effort I think, where as I enjoy the simplicity of EE. How are you? I missed wi due to work last week but I'll be there on Thursday. Xx
