Right, I've put the Bootcamp DVD in my basket. It will take a while to get here as it's dispatched from America. I've also put a set of 4 kettlebells in my basket - weights are 2, 4, 6 and 8 kg.

I'll just wait for lily before I hit the 'buy' button lol

Ooohhhhh may have to go and have another look, maybe I hit the buy button too quick................me all over............never do enough research lol

left a comment on lily's diary too asking her if she thinks its a lot of agro for feet and ankles.....................if so, thats me scuppered for a while anyway :sigh:

I bought a kettlebell but found it hurt my back and shoulders not sure if meant to but couldnt use it. I imagine if you don't have any issues at all with back or shoulders in first place should be fine
