Crazyfool & Charlotteann 's attempt at goal for 2015

Hi your menu looks lovely for yesterday , now I'm off crisps and choc I think wraps and things are a good choice for syns.
Here's my food for yesterday.
B bacon sarnie
L steak , jacket pot and side salad . coleslaw 1 spoon full max ( 1.5)

hifi, extra milk

have a good day x

Today's food

B - banana

L - egg and new potato salad, salad cream (2)

D - "fried" egg, SW wedges with a garlic and herb seasoning (2.5) and beans

Snack - pear

Not too confident for a loss tomorrow but I'm ok with that, haven't had the best week. Bought a hand blender today so will make the speed tomato soup tomorrow and freeze ready for lunches next week.

How's your day been?

Hi today has been good thanks.

I'm looking forward to weigh in in some ways but I'm off to my friends tonight for a catch up. I've allowed myself enough syns for 4 Morgans spice and diet coke. I'm worried I will weigh heavy though as WI is at 9 am ? I am confident I will stick to 4 drinks but I'm just worried about the liquid heaviness factor.

B toast and jam
L Soup, yoghurt , apple
D SW pasta and meatballs meal ( lush )

If you don't lose as you want to at least you know it will be down to the drink and next week you know it will be gone. Go out and enjoy it, SW doesn't need to ruin your social life as I am learning :)

Ohh yummy is that one of the new ready meals? Haven't had a chance to get any yet, they sold out straight away in my local Iceland but apparently we're getting new delivery this eve so will swing by there after weigh in tomorrow!

Half a pound off for me this week. Happy with a loss as wasn't really expecting one! Very motivated for the week ahead. Bought the little book of soups as I want to try and have soup for lunch at least 4 days a week now to try and up my super free so hoping to find some yummy recipes to keep it varied.

How did you get on?

Well done you are doing great. I have better weeks when I have soup I must admit. I think it's amount of veg in them.

I put on 1/2 lb which I'm confused about as I really thought I'd lost . Never mind onwards and upwards.

That's a shame but don't let it put you off your focus. You are doing so well and so motivated, stick with it and I'm sure it will show up next week :)

Todays food looks like this. I hope you are having a good day x

B Baked oats, strawberries, blueberries & Vanilla muller

L Lentil & veg soup. I x slice bread ( 3) Raspberry yoghurt ( 0)

Haven't had the best weekend but line under it and back 100% today. Got my speed tomato soup in batches ready for lunches, and will stop on way to work for fruit for my desk. Dinners are also sorted - I can do this!

The meals are quite big , I only bought a few for when the hubby is on late shift and the kids are at footy or they are all getting a takeaway. Some nights a Wednesday especially are pretty bad for me as I get in at 4.30 footy training is from 5- 6 get home and bath the kids and its like 7 pm and I still haven't thought about tea . They will be a life saver for me on some occasions. I do like cooking myself but if it's just for me I sometimes can't be bothered and then eat crap.

The meatball pasta meal was lovely as was the sweet potato curry. The beef in onion gravy was nice but my least favourite so far.

Loving the pictures! What a motivation. Will remember those when I'm having a bad day.

I keep meaning to pop to icelands on my way home to work. The meatball one is definitely at the top of my list, even more so now you enjoyed it!

I will only use them as an emergency thing, don't want to rely on them.

That sounds yummy, you'll have to let me know what it's like.

I've written a list of my phone of reasons I want to lose weight. I started it a while ago but I've been adding to it and changing things but I think I've finally got my complete list. I will look at this every morning and evening to remind myself why I am doing it.

Oh your food looks lovely.

I asked my consultant about syns and he said I should use 15 if I want I should still lose. It's more about making sure you have lots of speed food apparently so i wouldn't worry about more syns.

B overnight oats with fruit and muller
L Soup, hifi (6) plum
D Cheese and onion pie, veg and beans ( 4 for cheese )
3 for extra 200 ml milk for coffee. ( I always use my A for milk but never enough )
