That's good to know about the syns. I always feel guilty if I go over 10, I feel like im being too naughty! But I don't do it often to be fair, so I'm sure it all evens out.

How was the cheese and onion pie? Worth making?
 
B - hifi bar and grapes

L - forgot to take my soup in so had an omelette from work. Terrible idea as it disagreed with me and had to come home and have been sick most of the afternoon :( that'll teach me for forgetting my soup.

D - probably just a slice or 2 of toast if I do have anything as still feeling a bit crappy.

Oh no was it undercooked or just greasy ?

My day has been okay so far.

B Overnight oats with raspberries and blueberries
L Soup , Warburtons thins dipped in soup.( the soup left wasn't a full portion so didn't want to starve )
Fruit and yoghurt

D Cheese and onion pie, veg

Not sure what was wrong with it but I've been so ill yesterday and today :( Haven't been able to keep anything down, but on the plus side I may have lost some weight this week lol.

I've been ill 3 times now during feb, starting to get to me now as I'm never an ill person!

Hi oh no that's not good regards the illness. Maybe you are run down ? do you take vitamins ? saying that SW is really healthy anyway.

My day was good thanks . I finally tried the SW sausages and they are ok but a bit disappointing really. I prefer the NUME ones from Morrisons or the Tesco ones. Low syn but worth it for the taste.

Today's food.

B toast and jam
L Jacket potato, beans and 25 g Phili light with sweet chilli ( 2) Muller yoghurt
D Sweet potato curry, sugar snap peas and mushrooms.

Hifi light ( 3)

Might have some extra milk for a few more cuppas later.

I hope I get my 1/2 stone tomorrow.
 
I think my immune system must be rubbish at the moment as its 1 thing after another. I don't take vitamins but think once I'm feeling better I will go and stock up.

Phoned Drs this morning and they think it sounds like food poisoning :( I'm feeling a little better this evening now I've managed to keep some toast down. Going to try and go to weigh in tomorrow but will see how I feel in the morning.

You've had a good week on plan so fingers crossed for your half stone, you deserve it x
 
How did you get on? Did you get your half stone?

I lost 3.5 this week but cannot take any credit for it! Simply down to illness. Will have to work very hard next week to not put on I think as I should be eating again properly soon.
 
Hi yes I finally got my 1/2 stone thank god. I lost 1lb which I think would of been more had I not gone off the rails last Saturday. I counting every mouth full all week, no cheating today. I hope you feel better soon and keep the 3.5 lb off that would be a nice bonus.
 
Yesterdays food

B toast and jam , at 5 am ( kids ill ) then had bacon , mushroom and poached egg at 10

L Warburtons thins ( 5) chicken salad
Muller, apple

Banana

D roast pots, sugar snap peas, mince and gravy ( 1.5 ) carrot and swede mash ,sweetcorn.
 
Sorry I've been rubbish, still getting over this food poisoning it's completely knocked me for 6.

Have only been eating basic things like crackers and toast so not expecting a loss this week but I'm not bothered as getting well is my priority.

Yesterday went well really food wise etc but I forgot to post.

Today

B Overnight oats with lots of frozen berries. 1 tsp honey ( 1)
L Veg soup, yoghurt
D I'm going to make a chicken, Chorizo pasta bake with cheese on . (2) for chorizo and (4) for Nu me 30 % mature cheddar 40 g. I haven't got a recipe I'm just gonna wing it . That will take me to 7 syns for today so might have extra milk or a HiFI light bar later .

I'm starting to feel much better now so I've just sat and done my shopping online to collect tomorrow so will be back on plan tomorrow.

Got planned for the next week or so..

SW sausages and mash
Pasta bake
Chicken new potatoes and veg

Most of these will make more than 1 meal so will be duplicating. It's my partners birthday on Sunday so will more than likely be off plan Saturday evening and Sunday as will be celebrating but rest of time will be 100% to make up for it.

Oh I'm glad you are on the mend. There's nothing worse than food poisoning. You'll be glad to get back t normal.

The pasta bake was lovely, well worth the syns. It was enough for 4 so will be having it tonight too. My husband loved it too so will defo make it again sometime.

D - garlic chicken, new pots and veg.

Ha jelly is lovely , it just wouldnt fill me up.

It didn't fill me up to be fair I was starving by lunch time! Not weighing in this week as partners birthday this weekend so we have plans, but will weigh at home as I know my scales are 1lb lighter than the SW scales.
