B - orange and a hifi

L - tuna pasta salad prepackaged tesco thing, only ate 3/4 thank god as realised its 13 syns!! So will count 10 for my part.

D - SW sausages (have u tried them?), mash and peas little splash of gravy 2
 
Omg I 've been caught out before with prepacked stuff that you would count as low syns.

The SW sausages were a bit dry and funny tasting for me. I can imagine them being ok in a pasta sauce perhaps. I read on here somewhere they are nice oven roasted with peppers and onions etc . I prefer the Tesco or morrisons ones for syns .


Today for me

B overnight oats with frozen fruit.

L Chicken salad , quavers ( 5.5) I was gutted as I was going to get a jacket potato with my salad at work but they had sold out. My salad was more of a side salad to go with a potato so I got a little pot of potato salad . ( prob a million syns )

D New potatoes, smoked cod fillet, veg.

I hope you have a lovely time for your boyfriends birthday now you are better. I am going to my Sister in laws 30th tomorrow so I will get drunk and I will be off plan. If I'm good for the rest of the week I'd be happy for a maintain. I've got my fingers crossed for a loss tomorrow though .
 
I thought the sausages were ok, I oven cooked them. Slightly weird texture but I think I would buy them again.

Had an absolutely terrible weekend with food and drink but I enjoyed it so whatever!

Back on it today.

B - 2 hifi light and a muller

L - ham and cheese (a) salad (lots of lettuce, carrot, onion, cucumber, tomato, pepper)

D - SW cottage pie with brocolli and green beans
Maybe a tiny sprinkle of cheese on top when I serve it up (3)

Hi we never ended up going in the end. My hubby has had man flu for nearly 3 weeks now. The doctors are saying they think he has something wrong with his thyroid. So in the end he didn't feel like going out and I felt daft going without him really. I had a bottle of wine and a pizza and basically was bad on Sunday too.... I'm glad you enjoyed your weekend.

Back on it today too.

I have eaten exactly the same today as I did yesterday lol, how unexciting is that!
 
Charlotte the curry is exactly like a chinese curry sauce it's so worth the syns.

Sometimes it's easier to repeat days you enjoy. I seem to always have overnight oats and soup most days now ha .
 
Is there a particular brand sauce you used? Up for trying things that taste like a take away!

Yeah definitely sometimes it's much easier!
 
Ahh we have a b&m in town, will have to pop in and see if they stock it!

Today's food -

B - Muller light, sugar free jelly

L - cheese and ham salad with balsamic (again!!!)

D - chilli made by the bf, it was delish!

Syns - small amount of cookie dough ice cream (10!!!!)

Glad I haven't had any other syns today, didn't check till after is eaten it!

Been to gym this eve, did half hour on cross trainer and a zumba class so probably burnt off some of the Cals anyway!
 
Ice cream is ridiculously high isn't it ? still you are within your syns so not a problem.

Today I haven't had the best day ever! I don't know what's wrong with me I just can't seem to get my head in the game. Also I'm studying again and that always makes me want to eat crap!

B - Hifi light, Muller light

L focaccia bun thing with ham, mozzarella (a) and sundried tomatoes. Don't know what the syns are but probably massive!!

D - pasta with chopped tomatoes and sweet corn

Need to look up the focaccia syns but I recon around 15 at a guess!
 
Today food has been better!

Also going to a spinning class at 6, never done that class before so actually kind of dreading it!!
 
The thing is you have got right back on it today which is great. I used to do lots of Spinning classes before my youngest came along. I loved those classes but really hard work .

L Jacket pot, beans, Light philli sweet chilli ( 2.0)
D Pork steak, roast pots, veg

Today

B overnight oats with fruit and honey (1)
L Soup, Walkers baked crisps ( 7.5)
D Salmon, cous cous, veg

1/2 kinder bar (6) 14.5 in total which is more thn I'd of liked but sod it.
 
Looks like you've had 2 good days! :) so what if your on the higher end of syns than you'd have liked, still within your 15 and that's what counts!

Spinning was bloody hard work and I'm gunna ache tomorrow! I've got a weak knee and I thought it would give out but it did me proud lol!

How are u feeling about tomorrow?
