Funnily enough, eyes I can do... well, not on my plate, or in my soup (which country does that?!), but my prawns are ok!
 
nah. Or pinchers on crabs - they frighten me :(

i think she is busy at work. I text her this morning :D she is ok i think though :D had some loss already this week!
 
Sona quiches same as you did on atkins just no fat stuff. either just eggs and fromage frais or cottage cheese. and whatever you fancy in them.
Im gonna just make egg muffins with from f and eggs. nothing in them cos im soo boring. will have for brekkie with tom k
 
i used cream on atkins and milk on slimfast so now its formage fraise? lolz great.. any idea how much and how many eggs for 6 mini quiches?
 
or skimmed milk? but that is restricted. you could use quark if you have any. I would use 5 probably if using muffin tray hon x
 
5 eggs and how much fromage fraise? about a cup full? i usually put a few drops of water in to make it a bit light... i dont have quark but have some phili cheese? any good?
 
yes either the extra light philli (but id wait until your are on cruise) but the ff is prob better. I dunno a dollop? i kind of do things by eye lol
 
morning. 1/2 lb to go to get to weight I was after my huge huge binge last week. I do retain water with this hot weather though :( (excuses excuses)

B - smoked salmon omelette with a bit of cayenne to kick start the old metabolism
L - salmon prawns and crabsticks
D - chicken tandoori with galette

Breakfast - Dukan muffins with smoked fish in

Lunch - 1/2 tin tuna (+ blob of fromage blanc, onion, red pepper, dry fried up together) + mixed salad no dressing. Chicken leg.
fat free fromage blanc

Snack - chicken thigh, fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

Dinner - rump steak + salad

s- 1 boiled egg
l- chicken soup, ww yogart
s- muller light and my 2nd boiled egg
d- possibly beef, chicken patti and a bit of cottage cheese..

im hungry today! dont ask me why! ive already had a tea, a pint of water and got a bottle of diet coke on the ready.
 
ah you will be ok after lunch :)

Lunch - 4oz home made beef burger, slice of roast beef (butcher!), chicken
fat free fromage blanc

Maybe crabsticks if match is painful...
