Daily menus

Ladies ladies...!!

Can I ask what sort of QUANTITIES you're eating... cos I feel as if I eat far more than you guys when I list my three or even four things for lunch...

You say "chicken"... tell me more!
 
2 x egg for scrambly egg
Chicken tandoori is bout one and half breasts
D - 2 salmon fillets
 
OK that's somewhat reassuring... depending on the weight of your breasts (well not YOUR breasts) and your fillets!

My salmon, prawns, egg, and chicken lunches started with 1/2 a fillet of salmon... but it sometimes "grows"

my chicken portion is about 2/3 of a medium chicken breast! i would say but its all chopped up and cooked before i eat so im not really sure.. on a plate it would be a quater of the plate without a heap!


oh on my first PV day at work i plan to have lettuce and chicken patty sandwiches.. hmmmmm with cucumber! cant wait!

Sona - 3/4 a medium breast? I don't think you're eating enough to keep a pigeon alive!!! How's it going? Aren't you hungry?

My Monday - PP
Breakfast - Dukan muffins with smoked fish in the mixture

Lunch
- cod with calamari poached in cumin (half portion)*
- slice of roast beef
- bit of chicken
- fat free fromage blanc

Snack
- fat free fruit flavoured yoghurt

Dinner
- 2 x 5% fat burgers with fried egg on top

* I thought I'd eat half a piece over two days rather than condemning myself to something I mightn't like. Haven't even tasted it... cos not that much fish!
 
morning. No i want on site at weekend :D
B - 2 boiled eggs
L - roast chicken with dukan mayo with tikka spices in to dunk my chicken in
S - mini vanilla moist cake :D
D - fillet steak in a galette with mustard


Ive struggled to eat my oat bran this weekend :(

oh gosh! didn't see that! kept trying to see which word was missing! duh!
 
omfg i kind of dropped a lot and i mean a lot of spicy seasoning in my mayo and omg my eyes are watering. lol
at least it will give the metabolism a good kick lol
 
and, failing that, your "transit" should be active (she comments enviously)! ;)
 
lol. Thats ok i have been taking some colon cleansing tablets everynight!
 
This is the worst I've ever been ... no sooner sorted then I head for another 3 days without... horrible feeling... am now taking something daily which is gentle, but so far no action!
 
what about getting some Psyllium husks?
 
what are they? (and are they Dukan friendly?!!)... The chemist recommended something called "Forlax" - a sachet of gunk which apparently has a build up effect (hence day 1 mightn't be dramatic) for a "gentle reaction"!
