Started the Dukan Diet 3 days ago. Am stilling learning the ropes of this forum and just found this thread this morning. I have to say, I have been going to WW for years, (not anymore though!) and I think....the support, the tips and ideas at those classes were nothing compare what you all give on here. I love it!
Anyway, seeing as I just found this thread, I am going to give my menu for the last days and from then I will keep it up to date.
Day 1: Attack
B: 3 Egg scrambled egg(2 yolks, 3whites) Used Jamie Olivers Hot Chilli Pepper seasoning, very delicious! Coffee.
L: Breast Chicken & Muffin
D:Turkey, onion, 5spice, soysauce &egg (found the reciepe on here & it is fab, can't just think what it is called right now- that'd be the Dukan Brain). Muffin & Yoghurt
Lots of water & fuit teas
Day 2
B:Scrambled Egg coffee
L: Some chicken(leftover from prev day), Turkey slices & Pepper Gallette, yoghurt
Dinner: Kebab Meatballs (quite a few in fact!) Muffin & yoghurt
Lots of water & fruit tea
Todays Menu:
B: More scrambled Egg...had a muffin w this today, as I woke starvin'!!! Coffee
L:Tuna & Muffin yoghurtTea
D: I'm thinking steak with prawns. Has anybody any suggestions for prawns, in re how I could cook them, was thinking something spicy!! Yoghurt.
So that's me so far. I welcome any suggestions whatsoever - I'm a determined woman!!!
Oh yeah, I'm doing 6 days of Attack- half way there!
