Daily menus

I'd be dying of starvation on just that lol
I cant stop eating today and its only my first day. I'm currently on my 4th chicken breast of the day :eek: haha

It's the dodgy guts - can't eat any kind of volume. Kind of depressing that I must be the only person with gastro problems that isn't shedding weight without trying!

M-mouse - you need to include protein at every meal honey....without it you might get hungry and or your body will think you're starving and you WONT lose....

perhaps added some cooked meat or an egg or 2 to your lunch?

I got on the scales  I know I shouldn't but it's shown a loss of 2.5lb.
I know it's water.. BUT.. it's proved I was doing something right yesterday, even if I did end up having 4 yoghurts and 4 chicken breasts :8855:

Kim it's not a bad thing eating lots of the unlimited stuff.

Pp day, stinking cold and work may well be mental.

B coffee muffins
L sardines, fromage w/ vanilla
D steak and eggs
Bit predictable but not bored.

:wave_cry:Not great start to the day it's raining, car's in for a service so can't go anywhere, dropped my skim milk powder into the sink (rescued it as can't get to shops today!), DD2 won't stop being sick (or crying), DD1 making sandcastles on the table with her weetabix AND my scales show 0.2 gain ................:cry:You'll all think I'm a big (fat) liar but honestly over these past 2 weeks I have stuck to it 99.9% even at weekends not reaching for the crisps yet though!!

what a lovely thought Vicky!

we were posting economy measures yesterday, and one of mine is always filling the oven up! so, if it's on for one thing, chances are I'm stuck in the vicinity of said oven so I might as well make something else! Mini quiches I do on a Sunday... six in silicon muffin moulds, three different "flavours" (two are PV!)

last weekend, I snuck the end piece off a couple of pieces of salmon I was cooking for lunches... had some fresh prawns, so cut up some of them... had a smoked chicken (LOVE them! can you get them in England?), so had a little of that for taste... sometimes I'll fill up with some sliced crabstick if they're not very full cos I only use 2 eggs for six quiches - couple of cherry tomatoes into the PV ones, maybe some onion if I'm cooking something I can pinch some out of. Anything really that you've got to hand... I guess tuna would work too (but I'm not a fan!)

Just eggs? no milk?
and no smoked chicken sounds lush though. send me one ;)

I'm such a "natural" chef I improvise...;) I did use some of the milk cumin flavoured milk I'd poached the salmon in, but not a lot. I only use the egg to stick the ingredients together... so don't want much cos there's no room in the muffin cases!

B - scrambled eggs with another failed galette
L - tuna wrapped in one slice of low fat ham then wrapped in an egg roll
D - Tandoori chicken again

egg roll Kim?

ham rolled up with egg in?
ah id want more egg than stuffings jo.

whisk the egg whites until stiff then add the yolks and mix and then fry until it's brown on each side. You can add sweetener or whatever you want to have it with yoghurt or leave it plain if you want a "sandwich" lol

woop - great idea! bit like oopsies
