Daily menus

Rachels is the one I had way toooooo yummy to be low fat or low carb - shame :sigh:
The light coconut milk is ok carb wise but quite high in fat around 11% will have a think for tomorrow ...
 
We have a coconut flavoured yoghurt which is 0% fat, hihi!
 
PP today but am invited out for dinner at a friend's, so will see. Am also out tomorrow at another friend's, so I reckon it will be more PV for another 2 days. I'll possibly be playing catch-up with 3 PPs from Sunday.

Anyway, will stick to PP during the day and hopefully be able to continue tonight

(haha, that didn't happen!)

B - Dukan porridge
L - chicken legs with ginger and lemon, fromage blanc
S - hardboiled egg white
D - pizza (friend's oven has broken, so she decided to order in pizza). I had about half of one - anchovy. I REALLY enjoyed it though! So I don't care about the extra weight this week. Didn't have the ice-cream afterwards though (not a fan) and did drink lots of water.

B yogurt and oatbran - must make muffins at weekend.
L tuna salad, sf jelly
D turkey curry - ended up eating chicken last night so it's not really been turkey every night.
 
I cant decide what to have today.
Breakfast ermm, maybe a sweet galette
Lunch ermm, maybe tuna, cucumber & fromage fraise/mayo type thing
Dinner not a scooby at the moment, will have to see whats in the freezer
 
B - courgette 'chips' dipped in smoked mackerel pate

L - smoked salmon & spinach
D - salmon with green beans and cabbage
- rhubarb crumble (I'll let you know how it turns out)
 
PV today (until this evening at least)

B - galette with fromage blanc and rhubarb
L - hard boiled egg whites, ham, salad, fromage blanc
D - Green salad, small piece of quiche (oops), soupe au pistou, tiny piece of cheese (no bread)

PP today (and until weigh-in on Thursday to try and limit the damage, plus although I really enjoyed my meals out, I feel really bloated and sluggish today. Obviously the carbs don't agree with me too much).
