:hmm: decisions, decisions then for you!
If I was in your shoes and didn't want two nights on the trot then i'd say to my friend i'll come to yours before you head out - least that way you have seen her for her birthday and made an effort :)
 
No alcohol for 5 days!!! I'm seriously impressed! ;)

How do you scramble eggs in a cup? x
 
They'd overflow. I've done them in a pint jug in the past and they've overflowed that! :) x
 
I've always just done them in the micro........I have no idea how else you'd scramble them??? 2 eggs, give them a stir with a fork, 1 minute in the micro, give them another stir, then back in for 20-30 secs!! Gorgeous :)

WI this morning and weighed in at 10st 3lbs........thats a 4lb loss.....I'm guessing alot of that was water from the bloating!

Off to Belfast for work today meh! I am so bloody tired!
 
Well done on the loss hun :) might have to give the scrambled eggs a try. The only type of egg I can do is fried! Oops.

Today was fine hun! Nearly home now!

Friday

B- breakfast peanut bar thing I picked up at the station
L- brown bread sambo, cheese and pickle picked up at station on way home
D- Prob will be eggs and lf cheese spread on crackers

No alcohol
 
Scramble eggs on the pan and you'll never go back to the microwave.... Whisk up 2eggs with a dash of milk put a tiny blob of butter in a pan till melted bung in your eggs and keep stirring! Takes same time as the micro and alot more tasty!:)

Just munched 2 small apples chopped up.............was starving!!!
 
Being old enough to have been cooking before microwaves :( we always did scrambled eggs in a pan more or less just like Tan said. I find them quite rubbery done in the microwave and can't understand how they don't overflow a cup! Maybe I did them for too long. I can't really remember it's been so long since I've done them in a micro.

Well done on the loss :) & VERY well done on resisting the wine :) x

Thanks guys :) Scales was another lb down this morning despite the apples! Either way it has spurred me on to be good today and I'm gonna resist the wine tonight and just drink tomorrow when I'm out for the darts final instead :)

Saturday

B- Main bar
L- Tomato soup, lf crackers with lf cheese
D- Not sure........main bar, or eggs and beans....not much food in the house. I've put off doing the shopping so I dont have any temptation in the house ha!!!
 
Hmmmm my other half is talking about getting a takeaway tonight eeeeekkkkkkkkk!!!

We decided to share a dish rather than ordering something each! Only going to use a small side plate so I dont over indulge......he'll eat the majority anyway :)
