Good choice hun. I think it is much better to have what you want sometimes as long as your careful with it and then deprive yourself and have a massive binge. When is wi?x

Not much to update from yesterday except I drank far too much and had takeaway food after! Was a fab night though, brilliant atmosphere :) Back on my plan tomorrow!

Tuesday

Menu changed yesterday as Stephen managed to get us tickets to the Ireland V Armenia match! We took Jack.......it was his very first match.......his little face was magical!!! Also think we are going out for dinner tonight but not 100% sure! Weight is up 4lbs since my carb fest at the weekend...........disaster :(

Tuesday

L- Wrao with tuna, coleslaw, onion, peppers and sprinkle of cheese
S- Small purple snack bar and packet of monster munch
D- Few handles of popcorn at match, few minstrals

Wednesday

L- WW tomato soup, 4 lf crackers, 2 with butter, 2 with lf cheese
S- few minstrals

Right I'm back :( I have been an absolute pig the past 10 days. We have eaten out or had a take away every single one of those days........am too afraid to stand on a scales but needless to say I'm sure I've undone all of my 5lb loss and probably gained another 5 :(

I'm back on form now, I've no choice. I've come too far to ruin all the hardwork of the past year!!
