Hi Ladies :)

Got back late last night and was in work at 8am this morning so I am wrecked!! But it was so worth it, we had a great time and did plenty of touristy things!!

I am hanging my head in shame though over the amount of food I've eaten :( honestly I am petrified to weigh myself as I know by looking at myself I'm nearly 11st again!!! I feel so uncomfortable I am disgusted!!!

Bad news is I'm not pregnant :( shed a little tear..just gotta try harder!!!! Good news is I'm sure totm is the cause of some of the bloating.......you should see my boobs they have never been this big!!!! I was actually asked today if I'd gone to London to get a boob job!!!

Food and drinks wise have been dreadful, full fry up every morning, starter and main course for lunch AND dinner!!! And far far far too much wine!!!

Am back to recording my food intake today, must try undo some damage!!!

Thursday

B- Banana
L- Main bar, prawns
D- Grilled chicken breast, 6 sprouts, peas, carrots, sweetcorn,tblsp of mayo
S- Slimfast caramel bar

There's no way you could have done too much damage in 3 days - 3 or 4 really good days will undo anything dire. It probably is totm making you feel worse. x
 
Hun you will be fine and know it! You had a good time away with the man you love and that is all that matters!
Sorry to hear our not pregnant. One of my friends announced she was pregnant this week and I balled my eyes out just pure jealousy! Felt very silly!

Hi :) Haven't had much chance to come on this week. Work has been really really hectic...........we have soooooooo much going on!!! Food wise I haven't been amazing and have had too much wine!!! Shall try remember what I had each day now!!! Am seriously getting back on track from today I dont want to be carrying any extra lbs when I do get pregnant cause that is a very slippery slope!!

Sunday

B- Main bar
L- Chicken super nachos and breaded mushrooms from Eddie Rockets
D- Handful of Stephens chips
Bottle of red wine, few squares of caramel bar

Monday

B- Hot choc
L- Chicken and prawn noodle salad from M+S
D- Chicken in curry sauce and chips (from the local pub, small portion)
2 x glasses of wine, 4 water crackers with garlic and chive cheese

Tuesday

B- Cookie
L- Main bar
D- Chicken breast coated in garlic and paprika (yummy) oven baked mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and beetroot.
Bottle of white wine

Wednesday

B- Few chopped bits of apple and peach, Porridge
L- Bread roll with ham and coleslaw, packet of snax
S- Flake bar, banana
D- Same as lastnight

Doesn't look all that bad hon. I know what you mean about that slippery slope though - good idea to get a handle on it beforehand. x

ive gotten into red lately - the blossom hill one is actually delish i'd put it on par with the b.h rose ;) annnd the bonus is, its the least calorific out of all 3 wines hehehe

defo good idea to get a handle on it now before you're too far down that slippery slope :)
 
Right after another week of being good and bad in stages I've had enough!!! I'm completely fed up of feeling bloated and tubby so as of tomorrow I am back on the wagon!!!

I will weigh myself tomorrow then I plan on having two maintenance bars and a low carb meal each day. I have a night out on Sunday but other than that I've nothing else planned. I know it will be hard but I'm just going to have to suck it up and stick to it!!

Also my halloween costume arrived today and I need to drop at least 6lbs to make it look good!! :)

L- Brown bread sandwich with turkey, coleslaw, sweetcorn, red onion, small big of grated cheese, handful of crisps on the side
S- Boots shapers caramel bar
D-Main bar

Wednesday

L- Tuna salad with balsamic vinegar
D- Main bar

(Must be strong!!!!!)

Oooooppssss!!! I started a new thread by accident!!!

Anyhoodles I've been good so far today, really looking forward to my main bar for dinner........not!!!

Also I completely forgot its my friends birthsay on Saturday......not sure I'm up for 2 nights on the trot :( but dont want to miss it!
 
Can you go just to show your face & have a diet coke/water on Saturday?xx
 
No chance Tan!!!! A nightclub in Dublin is no place for a sober person!!!!

Ok food wise today havn't been 100% but on the plus side I've had no alcohol in 5 days woo hoo!!

Thursday

D- 2 eggs scrambled in a cup, 5 little round carrs crackers with 2 lf cheese triangles
