Oh Mary I feel your pain :) I've been very good really but we're having chinese tonight I'm having chicken fried rice, fried noodles and some curry sauce. I'm not gonna count it cause have no idea of the points so will just be drawing a line under today tomorrow :) I obviously wont be eating the full portion its between 2 of us xx

Aw come on! If you can't enjoy yourself where you are, when can you?? Isn't this why we all do this? Enjoy without guilt. Any damage can be put right quickly .... just try the frock on again & cut back a bit if it's tight ;) xx
 
Thats what I'm thinkn Jan! Not even feeling guilty and will try avoid the scales in the morning ;) Shall try dress on on Monday and hope for the best xx

As long as you enjoyed it, and no guilt is great. Just have a couple of good days to compensate and you will be fine.
 
Ironically Jan even that wasnt my trigger for starting LT!!!! Madness :) Will never happen again though, no way hosey!!!

Yep Mary I plan on being super amazing Monday- Friday, I had no carbs this week except for a roll today, will prob do the same this mon-fri as I felt much better for it, less bloated :)
