Slushies through the roof :(

Today ended up going for pub dinner after work. This week has been a total write off food wise. As of tomorrow I'm back on the wagon. I feel fat, tired, bloated, heavy and scarily out of control. I feel at least half a stone heavier.........WI will set me straight I guess :(
 
WI might well set you straight as you say. Don't forget though that a lot of it will be water which will disappear in the first couple of days of being back on the wagon so don't beat yourself up!! xx

Hi ladies, couldnt make WI today as had to go visit another one of our stores- will be weighin tomorrow instead eek!! Prolonging the agony!!

Friday

Lunch wasn't the best choice but was in an area I dont know very well and Costa was the only place around except for Mc Donalds, KFC and Burger King!!!

How about forgetting counting pp's and concentrating on having 3healthy meals a day? Just keeping eye to the weight and get yourself in a place where you can maintain (easer said than done i know) x
 
Yeah I do really want it........I'm being silly :) Just need to give myself a stern talking to!
 
You're not being silly at all hun. We all beat ourselves up after certain foods, this maintainence road really isnt easy. You will get there though, we all will :)

At the weight you are you can be ok having a takeaway etc just make sure you pull back a bit during the weeks :) xxx
 
Thanks chick, your right have been very laxadaisy this week, I think its cause I havn't planned my meals ahead. Also I havn't done my tummy exercises at all this week so have definitely noticed a difference, think thats whats annoying me more!!

Planning is defo the way forward, i always without fail plan my meals it really does help dunt it! :) xx
