My scales said 10st 2lbs which means I'm actually 10st 4lbs
I nearly cried :cry:
I'm quite sure some of it is water weight or whatever I know I was bad but I wasnt THAT bad!!!! Anyhoo shall be noting my weight each day to see and shall make sure to plan all my meals ahead this week.
I will be 9st something by next Friday!!!!!
