New week, dont fret about it, just start your new week with a clear head and plan your meals over the weekend. Planning your meals definitely does help to keep on track better.
 
Ditto to the other ladies wise comments! Don't beat yourself up - it's allowed to slack a bit!

Deffo plan - i think you should take some time to do that today! Just writing it down will help you feel like ur taking back control and help you put this week firmly in the past! Then you can feel positive again! x

My scales said 10st 2lbs which means I'm actually 10st 4lbs :eek: I nearly cried :cry:

I'm quite sure some of it is water weight or whatever I know I was bad but I wasnt THAT bad!!!! Anyhoo shall be noting my weight each day to see and shall make sure to plan all my meals ahead this week.

I will be 9st something by next Friday!!!!!

Saturday

B- main bar (6pp)
L- Tuna salad (2pp)
S- Banana (0pp) Clementine (0pp)
D- Chicken breast and salad wraps (8pp) cheese (1pp) mayo (1pp)
S- Meringue nest (2pp) yogurt (2pp)WW choc slice (2pp)

Not doing too bad points wise today- still havent had the ww belgian choc or meringue and yougurt.........probably wont now. Unless I have a cup of tea.........then I need the chocolate!

yup I know......didnt expect to be eating din din so late! Went to collect my little boy from my parents after work and of course got to chatting :)

Morning all :)

Scales this morning said 9st 12lbs which equals 10st on my pharmacist scales. I really must of weighed heavy yesterday after that chinese. Also drank over 3lts of water yesterday- definitely havent been drink enough since Christmas.

Superb! I def always weigh about 4lb heavier after Chinese .. But it usually takes three days to adjust for me, so Go You... c

Thanks hun as much as I love chinese food it sometimes doesnt seem worth it lol

I'm a bit worried about the week ahead- I have to travel to London for a meeting on Wednesday and travel back the same day. Its always a killer of a trip- have to leave my house at 4.30am, flight at 6.20am, then when I get to London I have to get the train, to get 2 tubes to get me to where I'm going then the same trip back to catch my flight home at 8.20pm so wont get back to my house till at least 10.30pm!!!

What am I gonna do for food??? Are you allowed bring bananas and maintenance bars through airport security??

Hmmm not sure about at airport security ... u certainly have to taste baby food/mill! Have you not got a medicine that requires to be taken with food that wud 'need' taken during flight! That may work, if u taste a bar at checks! No I'm blethering, they might say u can but something at gate! Ocht I don't know!
You will however be able to buy a banana and bar or similar in the airports when u arrive... tho that wud obviously slow you down!

Lol yes you cam take food through the airport it is just drinks that aren't allowed.

You can take all your meals for the day that way no being caught out stuck wondering what to have etc :)

Ha ha I think I will just put 2 main bars in my bag and hope for the best :) I will have a banana in the taxi on way to airport, if I manage to get my main bars through I'll have one with tea on the train to London and I'll buy a litre of water to drink as soon as I get through security. They provide lunch on the day but its ususally sanwiches and crisps from pret I think. Then I'll have my second main bar in the airport on the way home hopefully.

I've another 3 of these trips before March so gruelling!

:eek: who knew!!!!! Will stick to main bars though.......easier!
