Thanks chick, we dont have sainsbury over here, got mine in superquinn. Will chance tesco during the week........I dont mind cause they are so lovely ate one all on its own last night!! I never thought I liked meringue last night was my first time to taste one-yummy!! x

hi retailchick hope your trip goes well, and you are able to stick to healthy eating. I know what its like to travel and try and be healthy, all the vending machine, coffee docks with danish pastries, and high fat sandwiches. xxx
 
You can deffo take food through. I always take sarnies, crisps, fruit etc when we go to Kefalonia to have on the plane. Coming back from Cyprus I even got through with 2 bottles of water but that was because we got whisked through priority lanes with a security chap with Mum being in a wheelchair - I never offered the water up and they never stopped me :D - I'm waffling though - obviously that won't apply to you ;) ... shut up Davies!

Maintenance bars & fruit will be fine! xx

Oh I know hun it can be a nightmare! The last time I went to London with work was just before I started LT in September...I had a large tea and croissant (sp??) in the airport, a hot chocolate on the train, another hot choc before the meeting, huge sandwich and crisps during the day, bag of crisps on the train and then lots of wine and a huge panini in the airport on the way home :eek: no wonder I gained weight!!

Last work trip was to belfast and I was very good, had main bar for brekkie and dinner and took a tuna salad with me so shall aim to do the same this trip :)
 
lol Jan you do go on :) Joke!!! Glad I can take stuff with me now will be happy with my main bar for brekkie, will take an extra banana and maybe some clementines too for during the day! Hmmmm might be ok with the sandwiches they provide....shall make the wisest choice on the day!! Am also staying off alcohol this weekend and week.....wont be drinking till next saturday have a huge night out planned :)

My little boy just had wafflesbeans and egg for dinner!!! He's going through a phase and is right off his normal food!! His favourite dinner used to be pasta and prawn salad!!

Scales this morning said 9st 12lbs which equals 10st on my pharmacist scales. I really must of weighed heavy yesterday after that chinese. Also drank over 3lts of water yesterday- definitely havent been drink enough since Christmas.

Quite a good day I think, I feel like I've eaten loads!!! Did indulge myself in another belgian slice :rolleyes: but I am very pleased that I'm keeping up the water intake!! Am running to the loo so often its like I'm back on TFR :giggle:
