2lb gain from early in the week seems to have gone, weighed 9st 12lb this morning, same as last friday.

Wednesday

Hope so hun, feel like I've been doing this forever but this is only my 4th full month maintaining :eek:

If I'm still the same in June for my hols I'll be happy happy!!! And hopefully I wont come back with a huge gain either!!
 
It's my third month Emma and I'm exactly the same, up two, down two, up one, sts.........tedious innit?

It is tedious I guess but I'm happy to go up and down each week by 2lb, once its not half a stone or anything!!!

I think I'd rather be here watching and tracking what I eat than risk getting fat again :( I know if I couldnt come here and have you lot I'd probably go back to my bad habits and be fat as a fool in no time!!!

Up a lb. Not too bad. Havent been on here much, have got one bit of bad news after the other everyday this week :( Food is out the window. Feel like jackin the lot in. Will write what I've eaten but its not pretty.
