Sunday

B- Porridge (3pp) sugar (1pp) Jam (1pp)
L- none only had brekkie at half 1!
D- Ham, potatos, 3 croquet potato,cauliflower,sprouts,carrots and small bit ofgravy
**Jelly and small bit of ice cream
**ate slice of toast from babies plate
**half slice of ham
**meringue nest
**cream crackers and pate(maybe 6 of them!!)
**slowly drinking a bottle of white all day

Erm not even going to attempt counting pp today :) Back on my wagon tomorrow :D

** also had a toasted cheese sambo eek!!! Thats it for tonight I swear!!

I am sure that increase on the scales will disappear after a couple of days.

Didn't look too bad - but the main thing is, as long as you enjoy it at the time. Thats the beauty of maintaining, having a good day like that, then just cut down for a few days to un-do any gains.
 
Bad day today! Had a mc donalds after work. Just really fancied it so I had it and really enjoyed it! Definitely back on the wagon tomorrow though.

Honestly I feel like I havent stopped since last week! My only day off was spent doing "mummy" jobs lol

I'm off tomorrow so am grateful for that!!! Am doing up my sons room and want to have it all ready by 5pm but am aiming to have some sort of lie on......my beloved has been told!!! Wake me and suffer for it!!!

In an ideal world we would all be having 3 healthy meals a day, but lifes trials and tribulations take their toll.
 
Yep indeed they do :) shall aim to be better tomorrow!!! Hopefully I'll feel better after a good sleep!
