This is more or less what I think of as a muffin top ... mind you while looking for that I came across something I'd never heard of before - a reverse muffin top ... have you seen one?? If not - here ya go ....

Doesn't everything just spill out over the top of them? Or are they not as tight as say an old fashioned girdle (God dont I sound OLD )xx

YESSSS you doooo, hahahaa, jeez, I remember wearing a girdle years ago lol.

Eh! I thought a muffin top was lower tummy! Have I been deluding myself ... I have been known to get confused between muffin top and camels toe when drunk - bit of a standing (or falling over!!!) joke really! Especially now I realise that what I thought was a muffin top now proves to be a muffin top not...

Oh dear, time for a fag!

Jan, I'm with you on the girdle/ shapewear debate. In my teens /twenties I rebelled and never even wore a bra ( they were perky enough!!)
All I can bear now is a bra. I have tried shapewear and just don't like them.
Emma well done on coping with all those kids without resorting to the biscuit tin to cope!!!

Well Happy Birthday to me

Really looking forward to seeing my family tonight, my parents, brother and aunties are coming over to ours for some wine, champagne and we are going to have a takeaway.

Have had a really nice morning with my 2 boys- my bf is going to bring out for a birthday lunch today xx

I think I am not going to point anything today but I will list everything I eat drink, new slushie fund starts tomorrow also.

Oh yes weighed myself this morning, my scales bounced between 9st 12lbs and 9st 13lbs, I will take the highest which means I am 10st 1lb My totm arrived this morning so am hoping I will see a loss mid week

Friday

B- Wg toast with strawberry jam
L- wg ham sambo, lf crisps
S- 2 jaffa cakes
S-handful of doritos
D-

Shall update food throughout the day xx

Thanks everyone!!! I am having such a lovely day!!! Have a glass of SB in hand, my dad and brother are here a few hours and my mum and mad aunties are on the way!!! Gonna order chinese My family parties are legendery...............poor neighbours

Oh deary me...........I am not fresh today!!!!

Ok so really overindulged last night

*chinese food
*some pringles
*some doritos and salsa dip
*Bottle of wine
*fresh Mojitos.....dont know how many glasses!!

Already have over indulged today!

*2 sausages,2 bacon, 2 slice white bread
*plate of left over chinese food
*glass of diet 7 up
*3 pints of water

Have to start getting ready soon
