2 Years Maintaining :)
Ok so today is my first day counting calories eek!!! Am struggling with mfp as not all the stuff is on it, really will try get my head around it this week if I have the time but for now I am writing down the calories of everything I eat!! Trying to stick to 1200 a day or less x
Monday
B- Orange (68)
L- M+S pasta salad (390) Meanies (82)
D-Tuna (80) Salad (125)-this includes the packet of dressing which I wont be using so obv less than 125!!
S-Meringue (68) Yogurt (116.25)
Milk (30)
3 crackers (42)
Glass- Cabernet (122)
1134/1200 = 66 under
**edit**Have also had 2 litres of water
Hmm mfp just told me if everyday was like today I would weigh 132.5lbs in 5 weeks
