Yes Sandra am off to a concert tonight and out dancing after!! My auntie made me up a pitcher of mojitos so shall have a few while I'm getting ready to get in the mood as I certainly am not at the moment!! Just want to curl up in my jammies for the rest of the night!!
 
You'll be fine once you get a couple down your neck and your warpaint on.....beats sitting in watching Casualty which is what this old lady will be doing!

Right food/drinks from lastnight

*leftover chinese for lunch
*4 small bottles of white wine at the concert
*shared a bottle of wine at the club
*another glass of wine
*got mc donalds on the way home (ate half of it according to the evidence in the bin)

Not gonna point today really dont see the point of it, going to get back on my little wagon tomorrow!

Sounds like you had a hooly and quite right too! And going by your FB status re sleeping with nuggets, maybe it was only a kiddie Happy Meal anyway! Pmsl

Have just had a large pizza there, I am stuffed. Didnt eat it all tho :)

Am actually really looking forward to getting back to healthy eating tomorrow. Am not sure about ww pp anymore so tomorrow I've decided to switch to mfp and see if that can help me knock off the few lbs I've put on!!

Really noticed those few lbs last night, the dress I wore is a size 8......I bought it 3 weeks ago and shockingly it was a little lose.........felt a bit snug though last night so that was the kick I needed!!
 
I think seeing you in that dress has made up my mind for me......you're a stone lighter and an inch taller, so if I lose, say 10lbs I should be a size 10 ish.......you looked soooooo fabulous! I don't have very good legs, unlike you, unfortunately but they should stay hidden at my age anyway:D
 
lol Tan I woke up and it was on my face!!! So I shuffled downstairs and saw the mcd's bag in the kitchen and groaned!! My bf was like ha ha did you forget you ate that........the bag was empty so I panicked and went straight to the bin, I'd eaten all the chip, half the burger and 3 chicken nuggets!!

Ok so today is my first day counting calories eek!!! Am struggling with mfp as not all the stuff is on it, really will try get my head around it this week if I have the time but for now I am writing down the calories of everything I eat!! Trying to stick to 1200 a day or less x

Monday

B- Orange (68)
L- M+S pasta salad (390) Meanies (82)
D-Tuna (80) Salad (125)-this includes the packet of dressing which I wont be using so obv less than 125!!
S-Meringue (68) Yogurt (116.25)
Milk (30)
3 crackers (42)
Glass- Cabernet (122)

1134/1200 = 66 under

Emma when you get the hang of it you can add stuff to the database quite easily, meanwhile you can quick add calories if you know how many a particular foodstuff has.
 
Thanks Sandra, just noticed that there :) will give the calorie counting until WI on Friday to see how I go.........I sort of miss pp!!!
 
I didn't try ww online so I don't know what to compare it with but now that I've been doing mfp for a few weeks it's dead easy to keep track......still not losing much though:(
 
Shall definitley stick with it for now. Am really feeling the effects of my bad week........avoided scales today but will bite the bullet in the morning to asses the damage :(
