Yep thanks chick had a great night :)

Oh I am soooo excited for DOI later!!! I really want Laura to win! She really is amazing! Obviously Sam is great and a hottie ;) but I was kind of turned off him the past few weeks found him a bit arrogant! My bf is crazy about his skate partner Brianne lol :)
 
Qtr pounder and chips from the chipper followed by some pringles!! Will be getting my skinny on from Monday :)
 
I shall be joining getting our skinny on but from Tuesday as tomorrow will more than likely be my my munch day after a night of drink!!!! :p hehe hope you've had a lovely evening & enjoyed your chipper xx
 
Hope ur 'skinny on' is going well! Sounds like you had a lovely week off but I'll bet u'll actually be quite relieved to clamber back on! I find a few days of 'baaad' takes it's toll on my body and I feel quite bloated lethargic and icky! Saying that, I'm not burning it off running round after a bubba (or running round at all lol) so maybes it's just me... Lol x

Well ladies those bad days have taken their toll on my body :( Haven't felt so bloated and fat since I bloomin started LT!!!

Scales said 10st 4lbs this morning!!! Am hoping it will drop off soon!!

Had a really hectic first day back to work so no breakfast but had a
hot water with slice of lemon!!

Monday

B- hot water with slice of lemon
L- wholemeal roll with turkey, coleslaw, red onion and small bit of grated cheese
D- Main bar

1.5 litres of water
 
Tuesday

B- Main Bar
L- Tuna Salad, count of us choc mousse
D- Chicken Salad or omlette

Aiming for 2 litres of water
 
Emma, that's a great cleansing menu today. No doubt you will undo any damage from last week in double quick time.
 
Thanks Molly :) I planned to have tomorrows menu today but my morning ran very late then my boys suprised me by coming to meet me for lunch hence the roll :) Think my choices were good though x

Scales was back to 10st 2lbs today.....phew! Hopefully it keeps going down!!
 
It's horrible how those 'Monday' pounds make you feel isn't it? I've stopped worrying about them a bit cos I know that they don't hang around for long......just wish that I could stop them going on in the first place but that would mean cancelling weekends:eek:

Tanya, you hit the nail on the head there. Maintenance has to be about cutting loose either on weekends or hols and then getting back on track afterwards. Once we are making that effort then that is successful maintenance, IMO.

ABSOLOODLE Molly! And i for one am happy to do that - especially since the DOH Bird that I am has been unable so far to find the correct calorie level to STS on an ongoing day to day basis. It's either gain or lose with my body! So weekend relaxing and weekday pullback it shall happily (and drunken pigg'ily) remain ... Lol

Girls am feeling awful today :( My teeth hurt if that makes sense........and I've a splitting headache all day but I know its coming from my mouth!! Stressful day in work did not help!!

Slight change to todays menu as my bf cooked, so didnt have to make my chicken when I got in :)

Tuesday

B-Main bar, cup of tea
L- Tuna salad(lettuce, peppers, onion, tomato) also had a few prawns aswell!
S- Count on us Chocolate mousse
D- Small bowl of stew, only 1 small potato, lots of carrots

May have a cookie with a cup of tea before bed.............shall see!!

1.5 litres of water, will have another pint shortly
 
Still feeling rubbish today :(

Scales still at 10st which means 10st 2lbs on pharmacist scales!

Wednesday

B- Main bar
L- Tuna salad, count on us chocolate mousse, 3 cookies
S- tangle twister ice pop, another chocolate mousse
D- Definitely making chicken soup for dinner


Edit***Just had a couple more cookies and handful of doritos! doh!!!

Slight edit on todays food! Havent been very good :(

Not feeling great at all.......feel absolutely exhausted!!! I dont know why.....I've had a week off work, then worked past 2 days, went to bed at 11pm last night and slept till 8.30am. Got my son ready and took him to creche then I fell asleep until 2pm :( have just gone out for a walk with my bf as I thought the fresh air would do me good but not so much!!
