Am off to bed now just in case I get tempted ;)

Its my day off tomorrow so plan to spend the whole day cleaning and organising to keep me 100%.

Will have a nice walk in the morning bringing my little man to school, then might have a power nap in the afternoon!

Just heading over to Spain hun, my grandmother lives there. We go every year as it is just perfect for children too :) Going on the 5th of June for a week with my 2 boys and then heading back on the 14th of August for 10 days with Jack and my parents :)

Have taken Jack to school, just having a cup of tea before I start my cleaning buzz!! First shake scheduled for 12pm!!

Yeah its ok...feeling a bit hungry now.....first time my tummy has grumbled!!

My bf is in deciding what he's gonna make for lunch :( Ah well the thought of WI on Monday should keep me going!
 
Glad you’re doing well hun - I always find it harder to stick to LT when I'm at home - I'm fine at work.... And its 100% harder if I'm at Toms cos he is always eating....
Good plan to stay on LT for 2 weeks - it will give u a kick start u need... I understand what everyone has said about not starting and stopping LT but I'm really bad for doing it - it’s like LT is my safety net... I know I need to break this habit :(

Yeah I originally did 4 weeks tfr then planned to do it now for 2 weeks but how I'm feeling now I may just do it for this week and refeed. Just feel a bit silly for needing to do it again ya know?

Either way after refeed I'm going back to weight watchers pp as that seemed to work well for maintaining.

I know I need to stop focusing on the numbers on the scales but try telling that to my brain!!

What does your bf think of you doing tfr?
 
Honestly he doesn’t really like it - he's very fit and just thinks everyone can go to the gym and lose weight - but TFR has been the only thing that’s worked for me...
He likes to eat and drink and thinks that I restrict him having fun when I'm not eating or drinking - so a lot of the time when I cheat is when I'm with him :(
 
Oh dear :( Maybe he would get behind you with a healthy eating and training programme if you wanted to stop doing TFR? It could be something for the 2 of you to do together x

Yep I am also freezing!!!! I mean freezing!!!! Sitting wrapped up in a duvet and the sun is shining outside :(

I feel quite strongly when it comes to things like this so sorry if this comes across as really harsh and me being a total tool buuuuuuut dont ever ever let a guy or anyone else (a friend, relative) make you feel bad for not eating or drinking. Their happiness and good times don't rely on you its up to them to make their day 'good'. You don't spoil anyones fun by not eating or drinking.

Yep, the gym & healthy eating is obv one of the better ways to lose weight but it isnt for everybody. Maybe, like Emma said, once your down to where you want to be he can take you to the gym with him, prepare your healthy meals together etc? xxx

I've been so cold all day even though I have had a huge clear out of my wardrobes which is heavy duty labour I tell ya :D

Think I made the wrong decision here but will see out the week :sigh:
 
If you're feeling like you've made the wrong decision, change it. Theres no point in being unhappy. That said, if you do change it i'll hear no more about you wanting to tfr it again :p :giggle:

Yep I will be refeeding after this week and dont worry I'm never doing this again!!!! I will see out the week though! I'm not unhappy at all and I dont mind the shakes but you guys are right this is soooooooo not the way forward!

Well I said I wanted to lose 9lbs but I'm not too sure how achievable that is? I'm trying to stop focusing on the number and focus on how I feel instead. If I can maintain at 9st 12lbs I'll be happy.
 
Just had my last shake and have had 3 litres of water (excluding the shakes). I am utterly freezing!!!

Going to go have a shower now and then paint my nails before bed x

I keep wondering is it better to refeed now rather than next week? I just dont want to have a big gain when I go back to pp?

Yep I think I will Sandra, its just that I've been maintaining over 10st now for 2 months and I hate it. I was happy at 9st 12/13lbs.....but then I lost it :(
