:rotflmao:

Thanks hun! Feeling pretty sorry for myself altogether x

Oh sweetheart, don't beat yourself up........you couldn't be more gorgeous if you tried so stop trying so hard and enjoy your 20's.....honestly none of my friends, or me for that matter, ever realised how gorgeous we were when we were your age.......it's all downhill after 30 so make the bloody most of it:D

Thanks Sandra, your so nice xx

So I've 4 good years left then??? Good to know lol x

Just had a sneaky look at the scales and its only moved by 2lbs :(

This is not worth it :(

Awwww sweety how frustrating! But you gotta stick with it - I know ur regretting it but now you've started, you must see it thru or you will beat yourself up ...

Look how you've always felt about stopping early originally... you must remember that and stick with it for that reason! Even if you don't get the results u hoped for; it will at least lay some ghosts n demons to rest and you can move onwards from there.... If u stop early again, you'll be looking backwards instead...

Good luck sweety - and chin up xx

Thanks Ness xx

Will stick it out until weigh in on Monday then refeed..........will prob do refeed over 2 weeks........bit of damage limitation! x

You've only been on it a couple of days chick!!!!!

Hi Hun defo think it's a good idea to refeed for 2 weeks :) x

Hi! Just on my break so popped into my pharmacist for a chat! She is strongly advising me to do the second week of tfr! So confused, she said cause ill only be losing water this week not actually fat its better to stay on?

If u think u can do another week then go for it :)
Do what ever u feel happy with x

Alright - im guna put it out there .... I think your pharmacist is a bad LT rep, a stupid person and knows nothing. Yep ok, the majority of what you lose this week will be water but what kind of pharmacist allows someone that is of a healthy bmi back onto TFR and then advises them to do a second week? Im not happy that you're pharmacist has allowed it, im sure others arent either, and even you were shocked that s/he allowed it.

You're not going to see massive losses on the scales as your of a healthy bmi, a healthy weight and the lighter you are the slower the weight comes off.

Please dont take this as a dig at you, cuz its not, you know were all on the maintainence section (aka the cool side!!) to support one another which is what we'll do whatever you're decision.

But think about it, yesterday you thought you had made the wrong decision and now youve got a crap pharmacist telling you that you should do another week. I wouldnt take any advice from a pharmacist that allows someone healthy to go onto a tfr diet imo.

Sorry for the rant  xx

Yeah I originally did 4 weeks tfr then planned to do it now for 2 weeks but how I'm feeling now I may just do it for this week and refeed. Just feel a bit silly for needing to do it again ya know?
-------------------------------------------

I am curious to know whether your pharmacist allows you to remain on LT after you have reached your BMI of 25. My pharmacist seems to think that 22-25 BMI is healthy and one should start maintaining by way of other diets such as Weight Watchers or Slimming World.:jelous:

Week 1 - 6.5 Ibs :D:D:D:D:D:D ( 4 days only)

Howdy :)

I've thought about it all day and I am still going to refeed on Monday. I just know I couldnt handle another week on it. I understand where your coming from re my pharmacist but she really has been so lovely and supportive from my very first day.........I think maybe shes encouraging me to do the second week cause she thinks its what I want to hear? I dunno.

I definitely dont take it personal hun, like I said before I truely do value all of your opinions and I wouldnt be still an ok weight if it wasnt for you all on here and the support.

Your right about the smaller losses......if I only lose 3lbs or so its not worth it!

xxxxxxxx

Phew! glad you didnt take it personally. Good idea to refeed from monday ... you can get those lbs off if you stick to 1/2 meal replacements and a sensible meal. We'll be here to keep you in check :giggle: x

Yep plan to strictly to the refeed week, then maybe day 1-3 for the couple of weeks until hols...........do you think I should use the shakes on refeed week or the maintenance products? xxx

Either chick. Whichever ones you prefer or whichever ones fill you up best :) x

Hmmmm will get the thinking cap on so :) xx

You took the words right out of my mouth Tan .... I think this person in the pharmacy is completely irresponsible. Emma I understand that you see her as supportive but she is supporting unhealthy options, she is giving you advice completely against LT conditions and as such she is not being supportive at all - in fact she's downright dangerous!

I'm so glad your own body is being more sensible and telling you what to do - it obviously thinks more of you than she does!

As for which products to use - personally I always find the TFR ones more filling but that may be psychological as they're meal replacements instead of meal suppliments. I'd have whatever you've got most of! :)

Not having a go at you hon - just in case ;) xx

Thanks Jan :)

My body is definitely not liking this at all :( I've had a bad day and I've cheated a bit..............very ashamed. Had a biscuit and 2 slices of denny ham.

Am not sure I can last till Monday!!! Might consider refeeding from tomorrow :(
