Just had my last shake! Nervous about tomorrow..........really nervous. WI isnt till afternoon surely I'll be heavier after all the water I'll be having :(
 
If it's when you had your first wi that's the same. Otherwise I'd wi first thing - moving wi till then if necessary!!
 
WI at home this morning says I'm 5lbs down bringing me to 9st 13lbs. Will see what the pharmacy scales say this afternoon, my first wi with them was in the morning but i cant make it to them till 2pm x

pharmacy scales said I lost 4lbs but I think I'm gonna count the 5lbs from this morning!

She did think I would do another week but I told her there was no way Id be able for it. I've decided to do day1/2 of refeed until friday and wi again. Then refeed 100% from saturday.
 
Sounds like a plan! Do you feel better now that your in the 9's?

Actually dont feel much different tbh I do feel tighter but I've been doing 100 sit ups a day and some pilates so I think its down to that!!

I have a question!!! Ya know the way on refeed you can have chicken/tuna salad........do you have to eat the salad??

Food today as below!

Monday

B- Main bar (Oh how I missed them :) )
L- Small chicken salad......only ate half was stuffed!!
D- Main bar

On my 3rd litre of water...........ain't letting that old chestnut slip again!! Am also due totm this week so hopefully that wont slow me down too much! xxx
 
I think u do need the salad/veg - my understanding is that it gradually builds up on naturally occurring low level carbs to aid with slowly filling up glycogen stores, so when normal carbs are introduced, it's less of a shock to system, ie less rebound gain...
 
Thanks Ness :) I normally love chicken salad (when I'm not being a glutton!!!) but didnt really enjoy it tonight for some reason....... will opt for tuna salad or chicken and sprouts instead so (I frickin love sprouts :) )

Wierd - must be the weather cos I had chicken salad today and really didn't enjoy it - had to force it down! However I will not resort to sprouts - bleurghh puke yuk...x
