How much do you need to lose to get under? X

the mini goal, i was 0.6 lb above it this morning, another 2 lb below that and i will be really happy. That will be the target that i was meant to reach at Christmas last year.

I've been hovering around the same weight since about November, then I joined a group in January and have only lost 2.5lbs since then :rolleyes: less than a stone to target and it just seems impossible! Maybe I should start thinking more positive too lol x

Oh, here she is, sloping in afraid she is missing something.

2.5 stone from June to November, and 9 lb in the next 6 months. Really do not know what is going on.

No not done much of anything to be honest. Have the kidney beans out ready to make some spicy bean burgers though.

Fakeaway recipe.

Spicy Mexican Bean Burgers

2 slices wholemeal bread from a 400g loaf
2 x 400g tins red kidney beans drained and rinsed
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
Large handful chopped fresh coriander
Grated zest of 1 unwaxed lime
1 egg lightly beaten
salt and freshly ground pepper

Blitz the bread, add beans, paprika, cumin, coriander, lime zest and egg. Season and blitz to a rough paste.

Divide into 8 burgers and place on a baking tray. Chill for 6 hours or overnight.

Preheat oven to 180/160 fan/gas 4

Bake for 15 - 20 mins, turning halfway through.

Serve with salad.

Thanks Daz for sharing, I had some red kidney beans but used them in a curry instead. Will note for next time, but would love to see a pic of your meal when its done :D xx
