I love this! it gives me hope lol and definately i feel quite addicted to it too! My weight seems to have sort of stuck now so heres to a bloody brilliant week! ha

My weigh in is a monday too so we can keep each other right over the weekends cx


C'mon we can do this! That's great that you have the same WI day, like you say, we can keep each other on track. Yes, let's both have an excellent week, keep tracking and we will both be very happy next Monday! x
 
You show a huge amount of restraint not having the mini roll last night! One of the WW routines is 'ask yourself is what you're eating really worth the pro points value?' I think it's brilliant, just got to try & do it sometimes....I always end up saying yes!!

Not sure how, haha, I was thinking about that blinking mini roll so much I think I dreamt about it! I have just had a bowl of vanilla ice cream and 2 WW caramel choc cake for dessert - didn't even want the mini roll today! If I start wanting something later, I have bought some tinned fruit x
 
Food diary for Weds 24th July

Breakfast - 2 slices Warburtons Toastie (small loaf) toasted - 4 pp
2 tsp Clover Lighter - 1 pp
Marmite = 0 pp

Snack - 2 WW chocolate digestive biccies = 3 pp

Lunch - 1 pack WW wheat & oat crackers (won't be having them again!) = 2 pp
2 Laughing Cow light Emmental cheese triangles = 2 pp
Bag of WW salt & vinegar hoops
NuMe raspberry fruit bar = 3 pp

Dinner - Chicken breast & stir fry (peppers, beansprouts, mushrooms, onion, garlic, ginger, cabbage, carrot) = 4 pp
2 tbsp light soy sauce = 0pp, Chinese 5 spice = 0 pp
100g vanilla ice cream = 5 pp
2 WW caramel cake bars = 5pp

Daily pp used today = 29
Total pp used today = 29
Weekly pp used today = 0 pp
Weeklys left = 32 pp

I am writing my food diary early tonight, as I have a bit of spare time. I have only used 29 pp today, and at the moment I am totally stuffed from my dinner which was lovely tonight. I am hoping to curb any cravings later tonight with some tinned pears. If I end up caving in and having a few more pp, at least I have 3 spare today, which isn't many, but at least I will be able to have that damn chocolate mini roll if I get the urge tonight haha! x

Yey for your Meal Plan! You're really in control today and it shows in your food :) its good that you have the 3pp as a buffer this evening if required. Well Done Sweetie, so proud of you. X

How was your stir fry? At my ww meeting on monday the leader said she would always tell herself she will have one next week, so then you do not feel like you are miossing out or depriving yourself and time after time you forget all about it :) cx

Yes, we certainly are going to do it!! Stir fry was really good, so much so that I thought about having it again tonight. Have changed my mind though, and am going to have WW sausages, chips cooked in the actifry and baked beans. Am really looking forward to dinner today :) x
 
Stir fry sounds yummy and so does your dins for tonight! I can't find those ww sausages anywhere so I have been buying the quorn ones

I love it! Used it all the time when on SW. It's great for stir frys, although I didn't use it last night. It's brilliant - just chuck everything in and press the button. Not sure how to point the chips I am cooking in it?? Just dry fried/baked chips, I can see points for mashed, boiled, jacket... everything else but the way I am cooking them. What do you think?

I'd just pp the potatoes and oil? X Obviously if more than one of you is eating, I'd just divide it into the amount of portions. X

Where do you get ww sausages?!??? I'd love some I haven't had a sausage in so long! Not sure I'd go for a quorn one

I thought I was doing well with one slice of garlic bread!!! Cx
 
We don't have morrisons in ni! Tesco do a low fat sausage it tastes like rubber lol cx
 
Have either of you tried the Linda McCartney Red Onion & Rosemary Sausages? They taste amazing and you get 2 for 3pp! X
 
Not sure where I got them, as I had them in the freezer from ages ago. It would have could have been Asda or Sainsburys. I will def be getting some more though, they were really nice. When I find them again I will let you all know! Have been out tonight, not been in long, going to have a quick drink then will come back and do today's food diary x

WW raspberry jam = 1 pp
Coffee

Lunch - 30g Frosties = 3 pp
142ml Semi-skimmed milk = 2 pp
Couldn't be bothered to make a 'proper' lunch today, and was so hot and not feeling particularly hungry so opted for cereal.

Dinner - 3 WW sausages = 4 pp
Onions & mushrooms, cooked in a few squirts of Frylite = 0 pp
Half a can of baked beans = 5 pp
115g (ish) Chips made in the Actifry with Frylite (Mmm chips!) = 4 pp

WW Salt & vinegar hoops = 2 pp
Special K Chewy dark chocolate cereal bar = 3 pp
Handful of red grapes = 0 pp
WW Caramel cake bar = 2 pp

Daily pp used today: 30
Weekly pp used today: 0
Weeklies left: 32 (so saving for Chinese take-away Sat night - can't wait!)
