Getting back to Target
WK29 D7 (Thur 28th July) - Green - WI
Oh well, todays the day...... not normally, change that to never worried about WI... but today, I do feel a bit grrr about it.... I've put on before, known I would, buit today feel a bit odd...
As it happens, I lost half a pound...not a lot, but still a loss... I think this time it was because I felt dissapointed in myself, before I haven't done so... I don't feel guilt, just dissapointment - don't know why, but I've felt a bit at odds with myself all week.
Anyway... it was still a loss, and tomorrow is a new day, and the start of a new, and better week!!
Lunch: homemade pea & mint soup, then melon and blueberries
mushy peas, petit pois, onions, oxo, galia melon, blueberries, ff fromage frais
Snack: handful of cherries
Dinner: pea & mint soup, Lentil Dahl, onion rice & raita, with small side salad
mushy peas, petit pois, onions, oxo,ainsley harriot lentil dahl, white rice, onion, ff fromage frais, cucumber, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes
Thought I'd better have some healthy extra's so just off to bed with my supper.
Decided not to have a treat / extra syns after WI tonight, I had enough at the weekend, so I want to start tomorrow completely fresh, and not have any carry over from tonight
Supper: hot milk and chewy bar
250ml semi-skim milk (HEA) & cranberry hifi (HEB)

Note to self..... must eat these!!!

Weekly Total: 126 (probably a little overestimated)
