Back to work, so missed the sun
Although, I did go out on the bike when I got home... on my own, did around 50 miles, popped to Leigh-on-sea, which is famous for cockles, so treated him, cruised along Southend seafront
- wel, not really cruising...but still fun
Expected to go out Monday so made a sort of fart soup.....with what I had in the cupboard / fridge, but used little stock so it was more a stew and some mini quiches on Sunday
