Back to work, so missed the sun :mad:
Although, I did go out on the bike when I got home... on my own, did around 50 miles, popped to Leigh-on-sea, which is famous for cockles, so treated him, cruised along Southend seafront ;) - wel, not really cruising...but still fun
Expected to go out Monday so made a sort of fart soup.....with what I had in the cupboard / fridge, but used little stock so it was more a stew and some mini quiches on Sunday

Well, seems a really stagnant food week - choices at work were poor.... so old faithful jacket & beans - always safe, and does what it sayes on the tin!

Made a batch of sort of SS soup (well stew) and had that Monday & Tuesday with added flavours!!! one left... chucked in the freezer for another time

So all the beans over the last few days.... well, good job I work from home Thursday & Friday ;)

OK, had one of those days....did a good deed for a friend... he's getting on, and having problems bending, so before WI shot round and removed the 2 flat wheels on his trailer, popped them in his boot for him to get repaired, and I'll put them back on when he calls.... after WI, stuffed some grub, and proceeded to have several beers with some other friends...I did eat (read drink) my over syns after WI :beer8:

:happy036:he made me breakfast!!!! asked me Saturday night what I wanted, and then Sunday, did I want it in bed with another coffee ( breakfast ;)), with what I knew there was, I decided on poached eggs on toast (brought my own bread)
Sunday morning, how many eggs do you want 2 or 4, how many slices, which butter do you want? I'll stick to 2, and no butter lol

Dinner: spaghetti

Was a good girl, very limited on my beer intake.... that's it for the week, no more syns (or maybe 1 or 2) as I've had enough for this week, and need to make amends for last WI after synnage!!

last day in the office ....as I work from home Thursdays & Fridays :) I love it!!! get up 2 hours later, saves me the aggro of the commute into London, and saves me a few quid too!!

WK26 D7 (Thurs 7th July) - EE...... WI

bit fruity today ;)
had WI tonight, so light breakfast & lunch, ate when I came home, and determined not to blow when I got in.... so didn't
only 0.5lb off, but it's off, been good since the weekend, but I reckon it's more to do with last Thursday after WI...ahh well, not this time, all it's doing is adding on more to lose!!

Not sure if anyone has tried the Mayfower curry sauce OMG it was lovely, tastes just like Chinese curry, easy to make up.... and only 4 syns for a more than ample portion, will be eating this regularly.

it's a weird squashed nectarine/peach thing - really juicy - doughnut name is because of the shape - it is a fruit

Wagamama ramen - a noodle miso soup with veg, fish & seafood
shared sides of chilli squid (fried) and chicken shewer thingies 1 beer
Home and had a 50ml Arrack

Very restrained!!!

I have the week off work, and we hope to get away for a few days - so, it might nit be the best of weeks!!!! nevermind, thus plan is for life, and lives need to be lived!

Not done a red day in a while

Ooohh, another lazyish day, we didn't get up until nearly lunchtime,
so, had some brunch, then I popped to Asda's and sorted the food cupboards, found stuff that I just wouldn't waste my syns on.... I mean, a cup-a-soup for 7syns, you're having a laugh, I can have a can of Fosters for 7.5..... you know what I'm gonna choose, and the only tomato soup I'll have is Heinz at 8.5 no, I'll not be having that either, so everything has gone in bags to give away.

We've decided not to go away, weather isn't looking great, so will leave it until later in the year

At last, managed to get out on the :character00201:bike for a few hours, a bit of sunshine :character00238: broke through for a while.

Had dinner after WI.... STS this week, and I'm OK with that, had a few extra beers this week, and didn't syn Sunday at all, as it was my birthday, eventhough I think it was pretty OK, as I said in class last night, you don't see many fat Japanese people :D so all in all, a STS is good!!

What happened to the sun :mad:
what a poxy day.... did vitually sod all, although when the weather broke for an hour or so we took his dogs out, so got a little fresh air and excercise.

Dinner: SW Chinese.... king prawn & noodle stirfry, chicken curry & rice

The curry sauce was made from the mayflower powder, tastes divine, and how I remember the taste when I was younger..... made with 84g/300ml (12 syns) - I had half, so only 6..... and yes, I'd sacrifice beer over this curry it was that good :drool: lol

I've just had a week off work :D but now back in the office :cry:
I start at 08:00 - I've caught-up from last week, finished the over the weekend stuff, chatted to my colleagues as they've been away, I've been off, and some are off the rest of the week.....I am now officially bored.com in less than 2 hours :rolleyes:... Let's hope something happens soon!!

Time to pop downstairs and get the coffee I think :coffee:
 
WK28 D4 (Mon 18th July) - green

Well, I don;t know what happened to today...work was long, slow and boring...I left, and time disappeared ?

I finish at 4, it takes an hour tio get home, stopped off en-route, popped into a local town just before 5, went to the bank, and a couple of shops, shot around Morrsions, see if there were any bargains, didn't get more than a bagful as I had to get back on the train.Went to Asda by car, 10mins from home.... didn't get in until almost 10pm??? So dinner was a quick grab snack....
