I need to stick to plan again, eventhough I had a good week last week, I still put on

Lunch: homemade carrot & cumin soup, ham & eggs, fruit & yoghurt

Dinner: Steak & Chips

HEA x0 & HEB x0 (I'd saved for after the pub for the usual supper, but we weren't hungry
I drove again, so diet coke down the pub, and had a few (quite a few) whiskies when I got in, thought it would help me sleep, yes, it did
We got talking, hence the amount !!!!!

didn't really do much, but then, that's been the same all week, although we did get out for a bit of a walk, and some fresh air..... can you believe, all this fantastic weather, and I couldn't face going out!!!! not even on the bike - that's how poorly I've been:cry:

Was a good, cooked dinner Friday in the slow cooker - so all ready, just needed warming up... stews, curries, bolognaise, etc always taste better the next day

Another walk in the sun, but not too strenuous

The hazelnuts were off the tree, so really fresh!!

Dinner: homemade parsnip soup, Cheesy lentil bake & salad

Oh well, new week, head still banging, the Locum I saw last Thursday reckoned it was a virus and I should be OK in a day or 2, but if I woke up with it Monday, see my own GP..... can't get an appointment until Tuesday :sigh:

no brekkie, went to see GP, gonna refer me to the hospital, and send me for blood tests.... we'lll see

Well, he wanted to go to the pub, didn't stay late, and thankfully it's a nice quiet place, in a village on the river
I had diet coke and drove.
There was a ladies dart match, so he (and others) ate the leftover sandwiches, the pub always caters too many..... meant I didn't have to make him anything when we got in, but he'd had cheese & onion - so I poured him a whisky, I had one too, only the one!!!!! thought it would help me sleep - did it? NO
I wasn't allowed to eat or drink after 11pm as I was having blood tests Thursday morning, so we went to bed for 11, and I was still awake at 3am Grrrrr:cry:not sure when I finally dropped off :nightf:

didn't really eat much today, in part, couldn't be bothered, in part, a little rushed for time , bloood tests, then a supermarket shop, and it's WI... I ate too much volume and quite close to WI last week, that also might have contributed to a gain.
