Well, I seem to be on a bit of a curryfest this week - Sunday, Monday & Tuesday... don't worry, I'm not joining the pregnancy team!!! - Well I flipping hope not!!! :eek:

Lunch: Ham & rollmop salad, fruit

Went out but instead of the pub, we went to a working mans club I've joined... stuck to diet coke
So much cheaper than the pub - for exactly the same price as a pint of guest bitter & pint of diet coke in our local, we had the same... plus 3 games of pool!

Hello mate, yep I'm OKish ta
1st week was a hectic week, big multinational meetings up in London (little food choices) friends from Oz over, a 40th birthday, ate out either lunch, dinner or both 3 or 4 days, and missed WI as stuck in town - then been off work almost 2 weeks now with a headache ....doc has referred me to a neurological consultant, went to WI last week 1lb on that was probably a combo of a week carefulish but off plan, and a week not doing anything except lying in bed or on the sofa, and probably not eating enough.....ah well, let's see what tomorrow brings.

Cheers, been signed off next week too (although I'm actually quite happy about that!)

Just gonna get on with.... Dr. sent off an armfull of blood today, so we'll see....I suppose at least with being off I can eat what I want, and not be dictated to by the staff restaurant.

There was a ladies dart match, so he (and others) ate the leftover sandwiches, the pub always caters too many..... meant I didn't have to make him anything when we got in, but he'd had cheese & onion - so I poured him a whisky, I had one too, only the one!!!!! thought it would help me sleep - did it? NO :mad: I wasn't allowed to eat or drink after 11pm as I was having blood tests Thursday morning, so we went to bed for 11, and I was still awake at 3am Grrrrr:cry:not sure when I finally dropped off :nightf:

WK40 D1 (Fri 7th Oct) - EE

New week, wanna really have another loss this week, noticed that I've lost half a poxy pound all month??? Grrrr, they just keep going on and coming off - anyway, at least I'm at my lowest since January, but as I say, only just....
Well, he wanted a takeaway, we don't have them often, and he said it was completely my choice.... bless, his treat too :), especially as I keep saying no, he was a little more insistent than normal.... so we did one of our old - pre SW ones, which is chicken and chips.... hot chicken from Asda, and chippy chips.... compromise time... he got the chicken, even shopped for it himself, ggot his chips and I made SW chips for me and did a huge salad.... he's happy, and I didn't waste any syns.... result all round.
Then we went to the pub, haven't had a beer in weeks... so I had a couple, well 3, but only 3 is good for me

Lunch: cooked brekkie & fruit salad
2 egg omelette, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, pear, plum, clementine, grapes, WW yoghurt

Dinner: hot spit-roasted Chicken and Chips with salad

I'm glad they are running some tests - it's not right to be as poorly as you have been for the past few weeks. Fingers crossed it's nothing too nasty and you'll be up and about in no time xx

We are all cool here thanks. Enjoyed a nice weekend (well, overnighter) in Bexhill. Ry goes to school camp on Wed so I've got that on my mind but all OK.
