WK41 D1 (Fri 14th Oct) - Green
OK, gonna try and up my speed & superspeed foods this week, and list them daily
Normal Friday down the pub - decided I'd have a couple
Lunch: cheesy egg & beans on toast, fruit salad
poached eggs, baked beans, 2x400g nimble malted granary (HEB1), 42g ICBINC (HEA1), pineapple, galia & cantaloupe melon, strawberries, grapes and redcurrants, ff greek yoghurt
Dinner: summer vegetable pasta
spaghetti, broad beans, petit pois, asparagus , 42g ICBINC (HEA2)
Saved an HEB for supper, but we didn't eat - just had a whisky nightcap :nightf:

We had a nice lie-in, didn't get up until nearly lunch time, pottered about, went and took his dogs out for a walk - that's about it, oh, popped to Asda... went and did my shop Thursday - and forgot milk & bread
, could've popped to the cornershop, but they don't sell my bread LOL
Lunch: Big fruit salad
pineapple, galia & cantaloupe melon, grapes and redcurrants, ff greek yoghurt
Dinner: Mixed bean chilli & rice, raita & pitta
brown rice, broad beans, butter beans, red kidney beans, mushy peas, onion, oxo, cucumber, tomato, ff greek yoghurt, wholemeal pitta (HEB1)
Supper: milk & cereal bar
250ml semiskim milk (HEA1), hi-fi (HEB2)
