Ry's only away for 3 days but I will miss him :( He's a lovely lad.

Diego is fab! Only whizzed to work and back so far though. There's no way I was taking him all the way to Bexhill!

getting there, slowly, feel so drained...eating plenty most of the time, so it's not that, a constant headache really gets you down after a while
popped to the pub last night, 1st time I've gone out of the front door since the weekend, stuck to coke, and had a couple of whiskys when I got in, helped me sleep

Popped to the pub last night, it's always pretty quiet, they don't have loud jukeboxes (heart fm on the radio as background music) or the television on all the time, it's a nice quiet country village pub that kids don't go to.... it's all nicely adult :). Stuck to diet coke and drove, but I did have spme whisky when we got in to help me sleep

Lunch: cauliflower soup, jacket & beans

WK41 D3 (Sun 16th Oct) - EE

Got up early for a change, up & out by 0900!!!
We did a 300 mile round-trip to get some new wheels for my MG.... a right result, beautiful wheels, and new tyres included - saved £125 on the wheels alone - let alone the tyres!!!!!

So, as you can imagine, not a lot of food...
I packed some fruit and alpen lights (flapjacks for him) as well as a few cans of pop ending up with just some fruit, and popped to the seafood stall on the way back

Breakfast/Lunch/Snacks:
apple, banana, pear, cockles

Dinner: Mushroom soup, cheese stuffed burger & chips with salad
mushroom, oxo, el minced beef, onion, sw chips, 3xbabybel light (HEA), lettuce, cucumber, celery, tomato, mixed peppers, leftover raita used as dressing ff greek, tomato, cucumber, mint

Well, 77.5 is within the SW guidelines of 35-105.... although my C reckons 70 for us girles - so I aim for 70ish... maybe upto 90
Mind, I wouldn't spend 2.5 on half a mouthful of chocolate...just think 4 gives me a pint :beer8: :8855:
if I'm gonna munch chocolate... I'll eat something substantial.

You keep up the good work Mrs... give it a couple of weeks, and you'll be really comfy in your 14's...... you're doing great!!
 
WK41 D4 (Mon 17th Oct) - Green

Oh well, back to work today.... after 3 weeks, more to show my face than anything else, I'm lucky that I have such an understanding boss, I left at 1430 this afternoon, went and got an eye test to rule that out as the cause of my headaches, my prescription is slightly out, but not enough to be the cause, and not enough that they insist on new glasses at the moment, they really did a load of checks, was tested for well over an hour... Ah well, we'll see, didn't get in until around 1945, caught up with Masterchef :)

Lunch: jacket, beans and salad, fruit salad
jacket potato, baked beans, 3xdairylea (4.5) couscous salad (couscous, rocket, tomato), cue, sweetcorn, tomato, carrot, fruit salad (apple, pear, grapes)

Dinner: Mixed bean chilli & rice, cheese, raita & pitta
wholemeal pasta, broad beans, butter beans, red kidney beans, mushy peas, mushrooms, onion, oxo, cucumber, ff greek yoghurt, wholemeal pitta (HEB1), 42g lowlow cheese (HEA1)

A mexican, italian with a touch of indian... Cor, what a mix!.... Guess that's called fusion cooking ;)

I booked that for next Tuesday - luckily I have private healthcare through work, otherwise I don't know how long I'd have to wait, it free's up services for other people that don't get free private stuff too

OK, the soup was pretty good, just thought there was too much vinegar from the onion, maybe my thought of large is different - needed a touch of sweetener, and must be sieved after blending

Snack: hardboiled egg, tomato

Dinner: shepherds pie & veg, fruit & yoghurt
el mined beef, onion, carrots, mushrooms, oxo, potato, butterbuds milk (part HEA), cauli, petit pois, baby sweetcorn, mangetout, pineapple, galia & cantaloupe melon, strawberries, grapes and redcurrants, shape delight (0.5)

Ah, cheers, yeah I know a pounds a pound, it just seems a bit stingy
I had thought that after last weeks undeserved gain, and sticking to plan it would have shown this week on top of the good week I've had now

But alas, no
It could be because I'm feeling rough, but I've not been pigging out, might have picked a bit more - but only fruit!!!

Stuck to 70 syns this week even after WI
The last 4 weeks have been between 60 & 80 so not over doing them, maybe I should try a few more? Although both my C and any of the plans in the mag always say you should plan at 10 a day....maybe I need to eat them daily and not bunch them
up on a Friday - dunno

Haha, no, I'm not expecting!! Thankfully lol
