Debridgers' Food Diary & Ramblings

Thanks Ali, been one of those years, that and moving house, and taking on a far bigger mortgage - great,

Now you know why I came off plan and disappeared for a while - I was at the bottom of my list of priorities

Things are a bit easier now, but even so, not perfect, but I'm on the top of the list now :)

Yeah, I was proud of the pint too!

Morning all, hope you're having a good day

Yesterday was ok (ish) worked from home, Ken came over, and when was asking what to do for the evening, I sugessted that we stayed in....he had a pint, and I had a diet coke... getting good at this lol

nothing much to report - is WI day, so will pop to Asda's after

Hi Ho everyone, hope all's well

Had an OK day yesterday, food was good, work was boring, mind at least I was working from home - wouldn't be so bad, but I have to monitor the laptop, so can't really do anything else except watch TV

Bought myself a 12 week countdown, so will get my saucy book in the next week or 2 :)

Better still, I lost 2.5 lb and got my re-start stone award - happy bunny - YAY :bunnydance:

Didn't end up with that many syns by WI.... and was good, went shopping, and didn't go down the pub, have a 'oh well end of the week, after WI treat' which is sometime a go mad nigyt!!! - Really, Really want to shift this, although I'll still go down the pub tonight, have a few beers, as per normal

I'll continue using weekly syns untill it becomes a problem

morning all, hope the weekend was good, and the extra hour was spent lazing in bed.....

We had a quiet time, mind, with this weather it's not a surprise!!

Usual Friday down the pub, had a real big lie-in Saturday, well, it was cold & wet, and it's far warmer sitting in bed, drinking coffee and chatting there than on the sofa - so that was a pm getting up

bit of dinner and early night on Saturday, then buggering around fitting an extraction fan in the bathroom, with the associated Homebase visit for this missing parts, dog walking, and I re-potted some ferns
on Sunday.

Hiya Debs... Hope you are ok and thank you for the recipe will give that one to Kev... xx

Yep, I'm fine thanks - not been about much, so need to dive in some threads lol

The recipe was good, reckon it'd work well with quorn too - with some added seasonings, I didn't have the lamb one in the drawer when I made mine, will have to get some
