Bet I cant walk tomorrow afternoon.... thought I'd get a run in today so I ran back from dovestones after my walk.... burned about 700 cals before breakfast!!! HEhehehe!!

If i dont break into that 12 stone bracket this week I'll cry!!!!

I'm thinking if i'm building muscle i may stall for a couple of weeks.... but surely I cant be building too much muscle on the amount of cals we eat!!! Its all very confusing.... The extra protein will help though i guess!!!

I shouldn't think you will stall hun

I know I thought I would just maintain muscle, but my biceps have added over an inch - less fat covering then makes then look better too!! Didn't expect tricep and biceps to grow

On training days up the protein, when I'm off plan normally 120-200g, on powerlifting days on plan its usually 100g

Soooooooo I went to the gym and it was a different guy.... totally not interested... He seemed a bit like he didnt really know what was going on!!!

So I let him go through things with me.... and I did some extra stuff on my arms.....

So I thought I'm not just settling for an easy work out.... I walked home and I looked up how to do lunges and squats and i blasted it!!! : )

My legs were like jelly after and god i'm gonna hurt tomorrow!!

Super proud of myself for not just settling.... I'm going to do what he said plus the lunges/squats an then next time James is in I'll check I'm doing the right stuff!!!

Hopefully I'll be ok to go again one of my days off!!!

worry, at least you know the basics and can work from there. Careful though hun, you can
