Feeling super flump today few things going on that have stressed me today. WI tomorrow and feeling on a downer. Had a good week but not expecting anything now. Glad there's nothing to snack on on the house or I'd probably eat it.
Will see what tomorrow brings :-/
Chin up chicken. Remember the title of your blog and remind yourself why you're doing it. Determination and Motivation. Every pound lost is a pound closer to your 1st4lb target. Even if you STS that's not a step back. I had a downer day yesterday, but got back ontop of things after a spot of PMA - Positive Mental Attitude.
I'm sure you'll be fine for the WI tomorrow, you've been sticking to the plan and being varied in your meals. Don't beat yourself up and realise what you've already acheived.
