Determintation and Motivation!

Ropey day, so fed up with my back, I tried for two hours to et through to docs but nothing, so ended up going to drop in... Got drugs to counteract the constipation (tmi, sorry) the cocodamol gives me, which will do for now!
 
Well, I am not holding out much hope of a loss tomorrow... Back on the cocodamol... Think it's rather a hindrance, but just going to have to accept the bloat.. I shall keep with the healthy eating, and see how it goes.

B: muesli and milk (A&B) clementine

L: egg salad, cheese 15g, beet root, carrot, pickled onions, mullerlight 0.5 mayo

D: lm sausage, bns chips and salad 0.5 mayo

Snacks: apple, pear, aldi crisps (4) cupcake (5)

151lb this morning which means 1.5lb gain... Really not happy, as I think the movicol is making me retain water. Feel really bloated, and it's not relieved things as much as I would have liked.. Though I have been taking the cocodamol so at least the back is eased...

Anyway, birthday breakfast in bed.. Sw style of course - trimmed bacon, lm sausage, tomato, mushroom and 'fried' egg... Fresh squeeze orange juice and a cup of tea :)

Snacks: 2 guylian chocs, now why I ate them I have no idea, but my Gpa sent them with flowers! 6 syns! Not worth it, aldi crisps (4) 1/2 slice white bread with peanut butter (6)

Drinks: tea, coffee, wine, loads of sf squash


I'm not going completely off track today, but going to allow myself to be a little sneaky... Will stick to it where I can, like dinner... The tomorrow gonna start a fresh. Might do thurs and fri on my style success express, see if i can shift past 149.5 as its clearly a sticking point for me! X

L: none! Oops... Mostly drank a lot of coffee and had a choc cake at a friends. (7)

D: spag Bol sauce with mixed mash of celeriac, carrot and swede instead of pasta, cheese (a)

Snacks: two alpen lights, muller light, apple, grapes,

Drinks: sf squash, latte (a), coffee, tea

Not too bad day, didn't SE but red instead, so not too bad :)
 
Quick just on since Wednesday and 1lb off since then... Think the increased fluid and movicol is doing its job :)

Need to stay good over the weekend now :)

It all went horribly wrong yesterday.. Over at mums all day gradually picking the family home to bits... Most of the furniture has gone now. I'm ignoring the meaning of it all, but I'm sure it's mentally draining me. Gradually bringing more and more stuff to my house too, which is stressing me as its all getting more and more cluttered. The kitchen is being down in a month too, so everything is going to have to be juggled here too! Stressing me a bit I think which means I haven't got as much time to plan food. Dunno about anyone else but this dragging weather I don't think is helping at all!

Right, I must go grab a shower and get on its achieving something today :)

Ok, so gonna plan a little more for the rest of today, Monday and Tuesday to see if I can get this week sorted. Might try planning in my syns too, so I can sort of cross them off rather than add them up...

Snacks- carrot sticks, alpen light bars (b) fruit plus a 4-5 syn treat
Drinks- plenty sf squash and water, tea, coffee and a skinny latte if the moments arises!
Total syns 7

Tuesday - superfree
Lm sausages, grilled tomatoes, mushroom and a piece of fruit
Cheese (A) and veggie omelette with small brown roll ( B) and ww spread (0.5), fruit
Mediterranean veggie bake with cheese (a) and a side salad
Snacks- carrot sticks, alpen light bars (b), fruit, 3-4 syn treat
Drinks: sf squats, water, tea
Total syns - 5

Right.. hopped on this morning, and if I even want to maintain this week I'm looking at 1.5lb by wed morning.. Actually thought that was 3 off, but that's taking me back to my latest lowest weight of 149.5lb.. 151 would be a maintain.. So today I weigh 152.5...... the stomach cramps from all the drugs are frustrating and I want to be back to normal again!
Anyway, scan in a week...

Sticking to this today.. though I might change to Superfree SE instead.. Just by changing burger from meat to LM mozzarella..

AND OH taking lids away for two nights... Some well deserved peace and quiet :) though I will miss my babes too much x

So, rather than editing what I've planned as my actual food as I usually do, I am going to re-write and see how it goes! Let see if I stick to it!


B- LM sausages, grilled toms, mushrooms and a 'fried' egg and I used 15g Kerry low low spread as 'sauce' (1/2A) plus an orange.

L- superfree soup, brown roll (B), ww spread (0.5), muller light cherry choc

D- lm mozzarella burger, bns chips, 30g cheese (a)

Snacks- melon, three apples, alpen lights (b)

Drinks- tea (1/2A), sf squash, wine (12)

So, today I am going for a red day, but I am going to chuck in a few more greens this week.... Might even go back to weekly syns... Keep up the fluids...

B: bacon trimmed, 2 slice warburtons small (b), with Kerry low low cheddar (1/2a), muller light raspberry&cran, banana

L: leftover veggies with extra lean mince bolognaise, cheese (a)

D: stuffed baked butternut squash with el mince, cheese sprinkle (1/2 A)

S: mullerlight, cheese straw (10) *probably not that much, but i would rather allow it... i have put them in the freezer now! pickled onion

Drinks: tea, sf squash 3 pints, apple, alpen light x 2 (b)

D: jacket potato cheese (a) and salad and beans, ww spread (1), Asda extra low mayo (0.5), egg waffle (5), 12 g squinty cream (1.5) blueberries
