Determintation and Motivation!

150.4 this morning... Needto keep this up!! But tonight is going to be hard because I am going out with some girlfriends!

B; small wm bread toast (b), ww spread 0.5, marmite..

L: sweet potato soup, carrot sticks, 1/2 slice wm bread (1/2 b), hard boiled egg

D: jacket spud, cheese A, salad, few beans

Snacks: cookie (2)

Drinks: tea, coffee, sf squash, lovely prosecco and cava... And a lovely night with my lovely friends :)

Two days away on the Isle of Wight on a b&b boat being run by friends of hubbys from Caribbean.... Much wine and amazing Caribbean food! Including the most amazing rice cooked with coconut milk!

Mostly back to it today....

Really need to move the fridge freezer today out of the kitchen - it's been switched off for over 24 hours in prep.. Only gotta move it a couple of metres but don't want to bust it.
Still plodding on with the mass sort out,ll and getting there. More kids birthday par today - we had a soft play one yesterday. So I'm probably going to drop him off today to get on...
 
Right, I have not been awfully off plan, but not been counting properly etc...

Kitchen being started today so have had the process of running down the stocks to move the fridge etc. I still have to get the kitchen completely empty by 1pm today, then I can plan some food (for steamer/ slow cooker) and do a shop.
Got a doc appt today too as been feeling really wooshy on the cocodamol - I know it's normal, but gonna mention it.
